While his past may not have been easy, this sweet boy has proven to be incredibly resilient, loving, and ready to find a family who will show him the kindness he deserves. His foster describes him as an absolute sweetheart who loves being around his people. Whether he's hanging out on the couch, going for a ride in the car, enjoying a walk, or simply soaking up attention, Yoda is happiest when he's with his humans. He’s affectionate, loyal, and has a gentle nature that makes him easy to fall in love with. Yoda has done well with other dogs in foster care. He enjoys playing with his canine companions and has been friendly with both larger and smaller dogs. He has also met cats and was more interested in trying to play than causing any trouble. Even more impressive, Yoda did wonderfully with his foster's 10-year-old autistic child, showing just how patient and gentle he can be. This handsome guy enjoys treats, toys, bones, running around the yard, and relaxing with his favorite people. He already knows "sit" and has good house manners overall. He's also comfortable spending time in his kennel and does well when left alone. His foster shared that Yoda has a wonderful appetite, settles in well, and has been an all-around great houseguest.
