Meet Pearl! A sweet and spirited six-month-old Shar Pei/Siberian Husky mix currently in Los Alamitos, CA, whose essence shines through her soft cream and tan coat and her endlessly wagging tail. Pearl is a bundle of playful energy and snuggly affection, already showing the heart and smarts of a lifelong companion in the making! Pearl’s favorite things in the world? People, pups, and playtime! She’s incredibly social and absolutely adores human attention. Whether it’s a walk around the block, backyard ball toss, or some quiet cuddle time after a long day. And speaking of fetch, Pearl is a pro! She’ll happily chase after a squeaky toy or tennis ball and bring it right back, every single time, with a look of pure joy on her face. Pearl thrives in the company of other dogs and would blossom in a home with a friendly canine sibling to romp and relax with. She's wonderfully quiet for such a young pup (no barking, no whining) just gentle tail wags and soulful eyes. Though she’s still learning the ropes, Pearl picks up new routines quickly. Moose is truly a people dog—deeply loyal, affectionate, and happiest when he’s right by your side. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who loves to snuggle, this sweet boy is your match. At home, he is calm, gentle, and loving. He is fully house trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to a structured home. While he’s confident and relaxed indoors, the outside world can still feel a little scary for him. He’s a sensitive soul who needs confidence-building, but with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, he is going to absolutely thrive. He does get excited to meet other dogs in the home, but can feel overwhelmed with dogs out in public. He also gets a jealous when sharing attention, so he would do best as the only dog in the home, or with an experienced owner who understands these possessive behaviors and is committed to continued training. He is wonderful with adults, though new people meeting him should of course go slowly. We have not seen him around kids. He does need daily exercise and enrichment, which will not only keep him happy and healthy—but will also help build his confidence even more, to aid in stopping the possessive behaviors. This boy has so much love to give and just needs the right person to help him blossom into the confident, happy dog he’s meant to be. She is the goodest girl who will do anything for a yummy treat! She absolutely loves her belly rubs and can often be found on her back, legs stretched out, waiting for her pets! She needs a little bit of time to warm up to a new environment or person, but once she gets comfortable, she will shower you with so much affection every day, everywhere. Here’s how to describe this sweet pea: - Walks great on leash (loves going on walks) - Easy to train as she’s super food motivated (food will make her do anything) - Smart and picks up new tricks/toys quickly - Crate and house trained - Loves to spend time with her human.
