Story

Top is friendly, potty trained, although he is a little childish and kinda alpha at the same time. He loves attention, pretty chill, and very well behaved. He's very healthy, get checked routinely and got updated with all the vaccines and tests. He is cautious of strangers and smaller animals like rats or squirrels. He caught all the rats and possums that entered my yard, but he is never aggressive towards humans or other pets. And when I walk him or take him to the vet, he also welcomes others to pet, and he doesn't bark at other dogs. Pretty chill. Even though he is cautious to little noise when small animals get near the fence, he is not afraid of loud noises even fireworks. He even watched fireworks with me in the yard in July 4th and almost fell in sleep. Sweetest dog ever.

Meet Stella! This stunning girl is a three-year-old, 22-pound mix of Shar-Pei, Poodle (small), and Golden Retriever (according to her breed test). She will do what you want to do with her; play when you want to play, relax on the couch with you when you want, but she is also happy to just be in the same room as you and chew on a toy or durable stuffy. When you are away, she is content in her crate because she finds it cozy and comfy with her bed and blanket. Stella is dog social and likes to be around other dogs, curious and gentle with one cat she met, and currently fostered in a home with a large dog and human "pawrents" and a teenager. Stella knows a few commands so far, and considering she is food motivated she will take to more commands and tricks. She barks to alert you at the door and will quiet again shortly. She walks well on a leash and likes to sniff and is observant to what is around. She is low to mid energy and is fine inside with at least a short walk a day, but she's adaptable to whatever her new family would like to do. She truly has the most fun personality and loves to play dress up. Sweaters or costumes - bring it on! Ellie is a young female that landed in a SF Bay area shelter, and we can't figure out why. Yes, she had some skin issues (fleas being the biggest and now solved reason), but this girl is a doll baby. Ellie likes to help with chores, especially rounding up socks for laundry day! Ellie has gorgeous eyes, is already spayed and is small at about 36 pounds. She tests well with other dogs, but likes to do her own thing (i.e. May not know how to play yet). Ellie is a snuggler! Ellie is up to date on vaccines, is microchipped and is ready for adoption.
