Adoption Fee - $150. Weight - 60 Pounds. Age - 1 Year Old. Downey is an amazing puppy we really dont know what his exact mix is but he is a large breed boy! Sharpei and Boxer were the parents from what we were told but he looks different. Downey is a big boy and just needs to learn some of his basic commands. His previous owners had taken him to a training class so he has some of the big basics down but is still in that young puppy age so still full of energy. Downey does great in his crate for short periods of time and is working on being able to stay in his crate for longer periods of time. Downey is great in the car and likes to sit on the seat and look out the window. He will often times start to fall asleep during the drive, while he is still sitting up! He is such a fun dog and will make any family he goes to so happy. You have got to meet this darling boy! Downey loves to play with other dogs and loves to play with toys, you will pretty much always find him with a toy in his mouth. Downey is a great dog if you looking for a dog that you can take on all kinds of adventures. Downey is able to keep up if you are a hiking family. He would do great for a home with only one or two people and would also do great in a family home setting with kids. Downey is such a sweetheart you cannot ask for a sweeter dog! He will give you the most adorable look and is amazing at doing puppy dog eyes! He can and will sit in your lap if you let him, he just loves to be close to his people! We are the COH 111622-297 (Calliope Litter). We are 13 week old female Sharpei Mixes. We are super sweet and playful. We would love to go to puppy classes. We want to be taught new tricks and when we learn that new trick then we want to be able to get a treat. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. HI I'm Chiquita!! No, I am not a baby walrus but I get mistaken for one all the time! I have a VERY squishy face. I am a delightful, fun, outgoing girl who loves to play! I would love a home with a dog pal (35 lbs and up as I have not spent time with small dogs). I would also be fine flying solo. I'm very adjustable :) I had entropian surgery recently-all healed! basically my eyelashes were poking into my eyeballs and it was super uncomfortable and now I feel a heck of a lot better! I am so looking forward to meeting you. I am looking for the bestest friend in the world! Are you that friend? *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. This is Nightmare. He was gifted to me from a family friend, but unfortunately I moved and I am unable to have him here with me. He gets along with other dogs great. Chambers is the cutest wrinkly pup who is residing at the high kill Carson, California shelter. A foster or adopter would save her life. She does need some training in terms of leash walking and some play biting when seeking attention. She is tolerant of calm dogs but the shelter also recommends a home with no other dogs. She is really cute and loves getting attention!
