Francine is a gorgeous girl! This poor baby was tied up to a pole along with 2 Pittbulls in the middle of nowhere! We think that perhaps she was used as a breeding machine and then dumped. We are beyond elated that we were able to pull her from San Bernadino Shelter in the nick of time as she was slated to be euthanized. We are taking her to our vet this Saturday to get her vetted. We are also getting X-rays to see if she is pregnant. She seems to be fearful of men, so we think maybe she was abused by a man. Please follow Francine to follow her journey!
