Story
Greetings, I'm Mint, an 8-month-old girl with a mix. My journey began when I was just a 2-week-old baby, arriving at the city shelter along with my seven siblings and loving Mom. I bring a delightful and sociable spirit with me. One of my brothers found a loving home in Seattle through fostering, and it was love at first sight for his foster family. We're a charming bunch! Yet, the rest of my siblings, including myself, are still at the city shelter, facing the risk of euthanasia. All of us are a delightful blend of friendly, funny, and undeniably cute. Strength? That's a matter of perspective. I consider myself innocent and gentle, always eager for playful adventures. Food is a joy, but I'm no guard—sharing with friends is more my style. My energy level is moderate, and I enjoy playtime with pals while maintaining a calm demeanour indoors. Petting me is a breeze, and my wobbly tail is a testament to my happiness. I'm the epitome of cheerfulness—always ready with a wagging tail, especially when making eye contact. If you're in search of a bright and cheerful companion, look no further—meet me and let's create a beautiful bond! Story
Hello, I'm Bay, an adorable 8-month-old SharPei mix boy eagerly awaiting my forever home. My journey began at the city shelter when I was just a 2-week-old baby, accompanied by my loving Mom and seven siblings. While one of my seven siblings found a happy home through fostering, I and my other siblings are still at the city shelter, facing the risk of euthanasia. Each one of us embodies a friendly, funny, and endearing spirit. Picture this: lovely chocolate fur, long legs adorned with white socks, and eyes that exude innocence, much like a baby angel. I'm a social butterfly, adoring people so much that I'll gladly sit on a stranger's lap upon our first meeting. Playing with friends is a delight for me, and if I discover a cherished toy, I'll quietly retreat to a corner to enjoy it. My nature is gentle and kind; even if friends approach me while I'm with my toys, I'll simply relocate without any fuss or growls. If you're seeking a puppy friend to always bring a smile to your face and shower you with love, then I'm the perfect companion. Consider adopting me, and I promise to become a cherished and lovable member of your family. Let's create a beautiful bond and fill your home with joy and love together. Hello, I'm Cinamon, an adorable 8-month-old SharPei mix girl eagerly awaiting my forever home. My journey began at the city shelter when I was just a 2-week-old baby, accompanied by my loving Mom and seven siblings. We're a charming bunch! While one of my seven siblings found a happy home through fostering, my other siblings and I are still at the city shelter, facing the risk of euthanasia. Each one of us embodies a friendly, funny, and endearing spirit. I'm a social butterfly, adoring people so much. I allow strangers to touch or hug me. I'm a very nice, innocent soul. And I'm an extreme toy lover. If I have a toy I like, I go to the corner alone and play with it quietly without my friends knowing. I grew up in a shelter as a baby, so I have less experience. I still need to learn how to eat snacks. When I go for a walk, my tail goes down in unfamiliar places. I wish I had a family who could teach me the taste of delicious snacks and the joy of walking. I will be your lovely and good family member. I'm in a shelter in Korea and ready to fly anywhere in Seattle or Vancouver if you call my name. Story
If you need a “Clue” about what breed these are, just look at their parents. These pups are going to be fairly large - we are guessing 60+ pounds. They are very chill and love attention. They have done well with children, other dogs and cats. They are not housebroken and will need to have someone available during the day to take them out every 2-3 hours. A fenced yard and a playmate would be ideal. The adoption fee is $400 which includes a microchip and spay/neuter surgery once old enough, as well as age appropriate vaccinations through adoption. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an adoption application online through the link at the bottom of https://www.julietshouse.org/online-adoption-applications *All in our program are assumed to be mixed breed as none have had genetic testing. They are designated based on characteristics observed and noted.

Story
Ryan Evans is already neutered and READY TO GO HOME!Ryan Evans is a handsome 2-year-old male dog who came in as a stray with his companion Sharpay Evans. Ryan is an easy-going pup who is easy to leash and walks by other dogs without any reaction. He's a gentle, sweet boy who takes treats gently and is known for being a good walker with no pulling. With medium energy, Ryan is perfect for both playtime and relaxing moments. During playgroups, although his housemate (Sharpay Evans) was in the mixed gender group of four, Ryan Evans seemed to let her steal the spotlight. Ryan was okay with being more reserved and more in the background. He seemed to enjoy himself, but he was more lowkey.Although he is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment. If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Ryan Evans 251912".He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already neutered. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: Black Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 60 Age: 2yrs 2mths 4wks

Story
Sharpay Evans is a beautiful 3-year-old female dog who arrived as a stray with her companion Ryan Evans. Sharpay has had puppies at some point and is now ready for her own forever home. This lovely girl gets really excited when it's time to go out and may jump with enthusiasm and pull a little on the leash initially but settles down quickly, eager to explore and sniff around. Despite her excitement, she remains non-reactive to other dogs as she walks by them. During playgroup, Sharpay was sweet, sassy and silly. Her start was slow, but she revved up quickly. She played equally well with boys and girls.Although she is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment. She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: Red Brown Weight: 53 Age: 3yrs 2mths 4wks
