Tiana is a social butterfly who absolutely loves other dogs. Whether she's puppy wrestling, playing tug-of-war, chasing a ball in a game of fetch, or zooming around the yard with her canine friends, she's happiest when she has a playmate by her side. Because she's still young and learning about the world, Tiana would thrive in a home with another playful dog or a family committed to providing plenty of opportunities for doggy socialization through playdates, daycare, or regular outings. A securely fenced yard is also at the top of her wish list so she can safely burn off some of that puppy energy.
Like any true princess, Tiana knows how to balance playtime with snuggle time. Once she's worn herself out, she transforms into a world-class cuddle bug. Be prepared for lots of puppy kisses and surprise nap locations! Tiana loves to curl up right on top of her humans, whether that's across your feet, your lap, your stomach, or even your head. Of course, she's also perfectly happy snoozing in her dog bed after a busy day of adventures.
Tiana is good with children, though her size and enthusiastic puppy energy make her a better fit for families with older kids who can handle her playful nature. She is also learning about cats and currently finds them a little too fascinating, so her foster family is helping her practice appropriate manners around feline friends.
As a young puppy, Tiana is still working on all the important life skills. She's making progress with crate training, potty training, leash walking, and learning not to jump up when she's excited to meet people. She's smart, eager to learn, and responds well to consistent guidance. Her ideal family will understand that puppies require patience, training, exercise, and continued socialization to grow into amazing adult dogs.

As part of Tiana’s $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
