Tom is a 3-year-old neutered male Pitbull mix with a stunning brindle coat and a big, loving heart. This energetic guy thrives when he has space to stretch his legs, so a house with a fenced-in backyard would be ideal for him. He absolutely loves going on walks, and he has the cutest habit—sometimes he’ll pause, look up at you, and gently ask for a hug. Lean in, and he’ll reward you with the biggest, happiest smile!Tom prefers the company of women and is uncomfortable around most men. Because of this, he will do best in a women-only household. He has been working with our trainer to build confidence around men, and he has made progress, but this will be an ongoing journey that his new family must be ready to continue.He is also most successful as the only dog in the home, and due to his nervous energy, he should not live with children. Tom is full of joy with the people he trusts—he adores our female volunteers, loves playtime with his toys, and shines when he feels safe and understood.If you`re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will reward your patience with endless love, hugs, and heart-melting smiles, Tom is ready to meet his perfect match.

She is not recommended for a home with cats or small animals.This lovely girl does great walking on a leash and is comfortable wearing a harness.
