Story
Serena is a 10-month-old spayed female American Pitbull Terrier with a beautiful blue and white coat and the sweetest shy personality. This gentle girl can be a little timid at first, but once she gets outside and has a chance to relax, her playful and more lively side starts to shine through.Serena absolutely loves other dogs and would do best in a home with a confident canine companion to help her continue building confidence and learning that the world isn’t so scary. She enjoys affection and especially loves when you stop to give her hugs and reassurance. She is still learning how to walk on a leash and will need a patient family willing to help her gain confidence with basic training and new experiences. Because of her shy nature, Serena would do best in a home with older children who can respect her boundaries and help her feel safe and comfortable. With patience, love, and another dog friend by her side, Serena is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.

Story
Chicka Dee is a 2.5-year-old spayed female Pitbull with a cute black and white coat, a big blocky head, and one of the happiest smiles around. She is a huge love bug who absolutely adores people. Chicka Dee loves giving hugs, staying close to her humans, and being involved in whatever you’re doing. She may have had puppies in the past, but now it’s her turn to be someone’s baby.Chicka Dee also loves playing outside, especially when water is involved! Our splash pad and fountain are some of her favorite things, and she is always ready to jump in and have some fun. She even had a blast rolling around in the bubbles when we busted out our bubble machine for the end of summer party. She is very food-motivated and loves treats, which will come in handy with training. Chicka Dee is a strong puller on leash, so a harness and continued leash training will be important. She can be dog selective, so a meet and greet will be required with any dogs in the home. Chicka Dee also has a high prey drive and cannot live with cats or other small animals. If you’re looking for a goofy, affectionate, people-loving companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Chicka Dee may be the girl for you.
