Meet Uno, a handsome light brown Shepherd/Retriever mix with the sweetest, most soulful eyes you’ll ever see. This gentle boy may be a little shy at first, but once he knows you, he’ll become your loyal best friend and constant companion.Uno enjoys taking peaceful walks and spending quiet time with his people. He would do best in a home with a fenced-in backyard, where he can relax and explore at his own pace. Uno is better suited for a calm home with older kids. He appears to be dog-friendly, but a meet and greet is required to ensure a good match. And if you really want to win his heart, bring along some chicken jerky treats — they’re his favorite!Uno is a sweet, steady companion who just needs a little patience and love to fully blossom. Story
Mimosa is a 6 year old, 80 lb, German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, Pit Bull, Chow Chow, and Husky mix. She is potty trained, leash trained, and knows how to be a polite walking buddy. She’s also great in the car, makes bath time easy, and doesn’t mind having her nails trimmed. She’s crate trained, though she doesn’t need one, and she gets along well with cats and kittens. With other dogs, she does best with slow introductions, once she’s comfortable, she enjoys their company. When it comes to people, Mimosa can be cautious at first. She tends to keep her distance or bark when meeting someone new, but once she learns she can trust you, her true personality shines. Beneath that initial shyness is a loyal, affectionate, and incredibly sweet girl who just wants to love and be loved. It’s hard to believe that with all these amazing qualities, she’s still waiting for her forever home. Mimosa just needs someone patient and kind, someone willing to give her the time and space she needs to adjust to her new environment. If you think you might be that person, visit www.rescuerowinc.org to fill out an adoption application and meet this special girl. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home-check *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.orgDogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 Dogs 7 months and older: $275 Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##1310535##

Story
Lex is a 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd/Husky/Bull Terrier Mix who’s ready to find his forever home! This boy is not only gorgeous, but is so sweet! He can be a little shy in new situations, but within minutes he is on his back asking for belly rubs. He loves other dogs and needs another playful dog in his forever home. He is both kennel trained and potty trained. Although he will whine in his kennel so apartment living is not for him. He loves to be with his people so he needs a home where someone works from home or is home most of the time. Story
Leon was dumped along with his two brothers Lex and Luther. He weighs 52 lbs and he is a German Shepherd/Husky/Bull Terrier mix. He gets along wonderfully with all the dogs in his foster home and needs a canine companion in his forever family. He’s happiest when he’s near his people, so we’re looking for a home where someone works from home or is around most of the time. Due to his breed make up, no apartments please. Story
Sunshine is a 9 1/2 year old, 80 lb, German Shepherd mix looking for a place to call home. Since joining her foster family last January, she has come out of her shell and grown more confident each day. Now that she has completed her heartworm treatment, she’s ready to start the next chapter of her life. Sunshine is potty trained and well-mannered in the home, so she doesn’t need a crate. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys spending time with her canine foster siblings. She would thrive in a calm environment, making a home without young children the best fit. This gentle girl just needs a patient family willing to give her the time and space to adjust. Once she feels safe, she will be a loyal and loving companion. If you’d like to meet Sunshine, apply at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex.
