Story
Meet Brighton – Your Loyal, Goofy Adventure Buddy! Brighton is a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with soft fur, mesmerizing eyes, and ears that could launch a thousand smiles. Found abandoned with his siblings along a highway in eastern Washington, this gentle boy has shown nothing but resilience, heart, and a longing for a place to call home. Smart and eager to please, Brighton is both house- and crate-trained. He walks beautifully on a gentle leader halter and would thrive with continued training to help him become the best walking companion he can be. With his energy and love for the outdoors, Brighton would make an excellent partner for hiking, running, or long walks. Though shy at first, once Brighton warms up, his goofy, playful side shines through. He loves chasing soccer balls, playing fetch with tennis balls or rope toys, and then happily curling up nearby while you relax. He’s loyal to his core and simply wants to be wherever his people are. Brighton has lived with dogs of all sizes—including a tiny 6-pound pup and a senior blind beagle—showing his gentle, respectful nature. Because he can be a bit sensitive, Brighton will do best in a home without young children. If you’re looking for a faithful companion who will keep you smiling on the trail and melt your heart at home, Brighton is ready to be your best friend. Could Brighton be the missing piece of your family? *************************************************************** ADOPTION INFO Dog adoption fees include: - All Basic Dog Vaccinations - Rabies - Bordetella - Flea & Tick Treatment - Spay (Up to $400) - Neuter (Up to $300) - Microchip & Registration All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue.
