Oso A5754179 3yr Male brown/ white pitbull MEET OSO Calm Dogs Recommended  Medium Energy Level  Playgroup rockstar!! Owner surrendered Oso is a gentle, tender-hearted boy with a medium energy level and a soft soul . He may seem timid at first, showing a slightly tense body and tucked tail, but with calm reassurance he begins to relax — offering soft tail wags and sweet eye contact . In the yard, Oso prefers to observe before joining in, eventually greeting calm dogs and engaging in brief, dainty play sessions . He’s tolerant, peaceful, and enjoys seeking out handlers for quiet affection. After decompressing, he blossoms — returning for pets with a relaxed body and even following his person around for comfort . Story
Max is a striking, intelligent German Shepherd mix with a steady presence and a thoughtful way of moving through the world. He’s not a chaotic or overly reactive dog—in fact, he tends to observe first, take things in, and then decide how he wants to engage. On walks, he’s curious and engaged with his environment, enjoys exploring on a long line, and has been making consistent progress with recall and leash manners. He does well around other dogs, showing interest without aggression, and benefits from clear structure and calm, consistent handling. Max forms trust gradually, especially with men. He will approach, sniff, and engage at his own pace, but can become hesitant if someone reaches toward him too quickly or pushes interaction. When given space and allowed to initiate contact, he settles more comfortably and shows a quiet, respectful curiosity. He’s not looking for constant attention—he’s the kind of dog who prefers a more mutual, earned connection rather than immediate closeness. This makes him a good match for someone who understands canine body language and is willing to let the relationship build naturally. In the home, Max is settling in well and shows the ability to relax once he understands the rhythm of the environment. He responds well to guidance, redirection, and calm leadership, and he’s continuing to gain confidence each day. Max will do best in a home that values structure, patience, and a slower introduction to new people. With the right person, he has the potential to become a deeply loyal and steady companion, one who chooses connection in a grounded and meaningful way. DETAILS: Crate trained, potty trained, is good with small dogs and large dogs after appropriate greeting, loves long-line walks and hikes. Thrives with structure and patience. Not very keen on cars yet, and slow training is being done there. No exposure to cats or small children.  ##2657151##
