Meet Willow and her bonded sister August! These adorable Shih Tzu sisters arrived as strays and have quite the story under their fluffy belts. While they've tried out home life before, they've found their way back to the shelter after proving they can be a little ... Let's say enthusiastic about living life on their own terms- especially with their potty training! Because of this, they're searching for a patient and understanding home that's ready to help them learn good house manners. What they lack in training experience they more than make up for in heart and personality. Willow and August are incredibly loving girls who thrive on affection and companionship. As a bonded pair, they take comfort in each other and would do best staying with each other. They're like two fluffy clouds that just float better side-by-side! These sisters are also quite playful and energetic! They enjoy bouncing around together, exploring their surroundings and bringing joy and laughter wherever they go. They've shown themselves to be quite friendly towards other dogs and have done well around the house cats at the shelter. Making them wonderful potential additions to multi-pet homes! Willow and August will flourish with adopters who; have patients and a positive attitude towards training, want affectionate companions and understand that bonded pairs bring double the work but double the reward. So, if you're ready to open your heart and home to two sweet sisters who promise endless love, giggles and companionship, Willow and August are ready to meet you! Zoey is a 23 month old Maltese/Shih mix. She is high energy. She weighs 10 pounds. She has pretty dark brown eyes, and a mostly white coat with a bit of tan. She likely would benefit from obedience training. She can play rough but I believe she could be trained by someone who has more time to do so than I have. She definitely is a companion dog. She loves to be wherever I am. She is very good on a leash and loves to go for walks. I am willing to give the new parents toys, dishes, food, harness, leashes, and car seat. She loves to retrieve but has not mastered dropping the item.

I am looking to rehome my boys. The tan dog is 11 years old he is a shorkie and the white and brown dog is 10 years old an is a shitzu. They are great with children they are used to living in a full house. They are also lap dogs and love a good cuddle. They are both pretty lazy relaxed babies. They have been with us since they were puppies but we are downsizing and moving abroad and just dont want to put them through all the trauma of making such a big move. They would be great with a young family or older couple. They are such good boys. They are up to date on all their shots and chipped. Please help me find them a good home one that they can go together. They have grown up together. They come with all of there things. beds, food, leash, crates. They are crate trained as well. There is a small rehoming fee but that is only so that I know whoever takes them is serious about providing them with a stable home.

Mom was a 4 lb. shih tzu and dad was 6 lb. shih tzu/chi mix. He is just a really great puppy. He loves all the other dogs in his foster home and loves everyone. He is the more adventurous and playful pup, but after a good play session, he is a real cuddler as well. He is working on all of his puppy manners including crate training, potty training and leash walking. Due to his small size and his age, he is currently using pee pads to go potty. He has not been kid tested and the cats in his foster home are ok with him. His new family will need to continue to work with him on his puppy manners so he will grow up to be the best dog he can be. Finn came to Dash with his buddy Henry when their owner went into a nursing home and was unable to take them with her. Family did take them into their home, but their other animals were not fans, so into DASH they came. Finn is a distinguished older gentlemen at 9 years young. He is very laid back and enjoys just watching the shenanigans the other dogs in his foster home get into. He is crate trained, walks well on a leash and mostly potty trained if kept on a schedule. He loves being up in a lap or sleeping in bed with his person. This boy would make a great companion for a senior or a family with older kids just due to his age, younger kids may not be a great fit. This is very hard for us to do. Toby is a very good dog. He unfortunately does not do well with children unless they are old enough to know not to mess with him. He is territorial over himself. If he does not see you coming he gets scared and defends himself. His breed is from Asia Tibet and they were used as guardian dogs. He love cuddles when he wants it which he will let you know! You can definitely pet him and give him love as long as he is comfortable. He does well with other dogs but he would rather be alone unless the dog knows he is alpha. I would prefer him to go to someone that does not have children. He does fine around cats after he’s been around them. He is also very well potty trained to where if it’s raining he will hold it in until he is ready to go out. He is up to date on shots and flea/tick/heartwarm medicine. We get him groomed frequently.
