Despite facing some challenges, Hopper approaches life with a happy heart, a wagging tail, and a determination that will inspire everyone he meets. Hopper is considered special needs due to severe dry eye that went untreated before he came into rescue. Unfortunately, the condition caused scarring that left him mostly blind. He also received much-needed dental care after arriving, and several teeth had to be removed. Thanks to that care, he's feeling much better and ready to find his forever family.
