Charlie is an affectionate Shih Tzu mix who loves toys almost as much as he loves his people. He can entertain himself for quite a while, burying his toys under blankets and pillows, walking around with a toy in his mouth, or lying on his back holding a toy with his paws. He also loves cuddle, lap, and play time with his people and will gaze adoringly into their eyes. He enjoys meeting new people (especially if a treat is involved!), but he will stay at a respectful distance and approach them on his own time.    Charlie is a sturdy boy who weighs around 16 pounds. He enjoys being the center of his guardian's world, so we are asking that he go to a home without to many dogs because we want him to be spoiled!  Charlie does great with no accidents if he is let outside in the backyard every few hours like most dogs. He will go on indoor pee pads if necessary. Charlie prefers not to be left alone for too long, so we are asking for a home with someone home part of the day. This little angel is a cuddlebug. She loves to nuzzle her head in her foster mom’s shoulder and nap snuggled up against her mom.  You might mistake her for a little baby! This cutie is housetrained but requires a potty break every few hours to avoid accidents.  Ethel does great around other dogs. She enjoys car rides to the pet store to receive her doggie treats! Her foster mom can’t say enough good things to describe Ethel’s sweet nature. To be extra safe, her new adopters will need to be vigilant and watch the areas where the masses were removed in case there is any new growth. Ethel had a full blood chemistry and urinalysis and is in good shape. Hazel is a great dog that does well with a family. She grew up in a household with children and toddlers and had no issues. She barks when she meets new faces or when people come near her home which causes her to get skittish. However, she is not aggressive nor has she ever bitten anyone. She loves belly rubs and cuddles! She becomes affectionate quite quickly and low maintenance. She can adapt to a new routine and his house trained. Our baby is allergic to our dog which is why we made the painful decision in rehoming her.
