Story
Here’s a compassionate version you could use: George has been with our family for 13 years and has been an amazing dog. He’s always been well-behaved and potty trained, but due to old age, his bowel and bladder control has become inconsistent, and he now has occasional accidents. I work 12–15 hour shifts, and as much as I would love to be there to care for him, I unfortunately can’t provide the constant supervision he now needs. At this stage in his life, he needs frequent access to the outdoors to prevent accidents inside the house, and with my work schedule, I’m unable to give him the level of care and attention he deserves.

Story
-cute little 14lb lovely girl -learning what’s it like to live in a home. Needs patience and understanding as she adjusts -a quieter home probably preferable -doing well with potty and routine will help her perfect learning -cohabitating nicely with multiple various dogs in foster home -initially she will be confused and restless but give her a few days to settle. 3-3-3 rule -not cat tested but probably ok -not kid tested but recommend older gentle patient children -unfamiliar with leash walking but will learn with kind encouragement You can still come adopt me or even join our foster program to help the humans learn all the awesome things about new dogs like me! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sebastian loves belly rubs. Unfortunately, he and his 3 buddies lost their person who would give him those cherished rubs and the other family members are unable to keep them. He is neutered, knows how to use a doggy door, and is up to date on vaccines. "My Home to Yours" We have had numerous requests from citizens in our county to help them rehome their pets, but they are willing to keep them in the home until it happens, rather than bring them to the overflowing shelter at Campbell County Animal Control near Yellow Branch. We are listing those cats and dogs on our website as "My Home to Yours." We ask that interested adopters fill out the FOAC application, and we will pass it along to the family wanting to rehome. We cannot guarantee health, temperament, or behavior for these pets, as we have not met them. However, we are happy to act as a resource for issues that may arise. **For pets not spayed or neutered, we are happy to help set that up! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 23, 2026, 12:36 pm

Meet Bodie – Your New Best Friend in an 8-Pound Package! If you're looking for a happy little shadow who will fill your home with laughter, cuddles, and puppy antics, then Bodie may just be the perfect match. This adorable 6-month-old Shih Tzu weighs just 8 pounds, but his personality is absolutely larger than life! Bodie is one of those puppies who believes every day is an adventure and every person is a potential best friend. His favorite place in the world is wherever his people happen to be. Whether you're making dinner, working from home, watching TV, or heading out for a walk, Bodie is ready to tag along with his wagging tail and joyful spirit. When playtime is over, this little cuddle bug is happiest snuggled beside you, soaking up all the love and attention he can get.Bodie has already learned some wonderful habits for such a young puppy. He is crate trained and will happily use pee pads, but he also enjoys going outside to do his business. He's doing great with his leash manners and absolutely loves going for walks, where he can explore the world one tiny paw at a time.Like any six-month-old puppy, Bodie is full of energy and curiosity. He loves to zoom around the yard, chase toys, and play with his canine friends. A securely fenced yard would be a dream come true, giving him plenty of room to run, stretch his little legs, and burn off that playful puppy energy. He would also enjoy having another friendly dog close to his size to romp and wrestle with. While he likes other dogs, larger dogs can sometimes intimidate him because they tend to play a little too rough for his liking.Bodie was raised in a home with three children and enjoys being part of a busy family. Because he's still very much a puppy, he sometimes gets so excited that he'll jump up to say hello. With gentle guidance and continued training, he'll quickly learn that four paws on the floor earn the most attention. His ideal family will understand that puppies need time, patience, and consistency as they grow. Bodie would especially love a home where someone is around most of the day. He thrives on companionship and loves being included in everyday life. He's not the kind of pup who wants to spend long hours alone—he wants to be your little sidekick through it all.Bodie has a wonderful way of making ordinary days feel brighter. His goofy puppy antics will keep you smiling, his sweet cuddles will melt your heart, and his loving nature will remind you every day why dogs truly are our best friends. If you're ready to welcome this happy, affectionate little guy into your family, Bodie is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of puppy kisses. To learn more about Bodie or to apply for adoption, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.       PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 22, 2026, 4:43 pm

Story
Ramsay is a 2 year old fluffy boy. Maltese? Lhasa apso? Tibetan Terrier? Your guess is as good as ours 😂 Ramsay is a typical puppy. He barks at strange/new things, but is very friendly and playful. He seems to pick and choose his dog friends and doesn't always like other dogs. Ramsay met a cat and did very well. Ramsay weighs about 12 pounds. Ramsay is working on potty training. He is crate trained. Fenced yard required and any children in the home must be at least 12. Please email dancersbridgedogrescue@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting Ramsay! 🥰
