Bubbles and her sister and brother, Buttercup and Brodie were surrendered to a kill shelter because their owners just had too many and couldn’t find homes on their own. Their mom is a long-haired Chihuahua and their daddy is a Shih Tzu and they were born on February 2nd this year so they are 8 months old. Bubbles has been spayed, is up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. She’s also microchipped. She weighs just under 9 pounds and is probably full grown now. Bubbles is great at the Vet and The Groomer and loves riding in the car. She needs a little practice on the leash and she’s making great progress on house training. Although and three pups are extremely sweet, Bubbles is a most friendly and a super snuggler! She plays great with her brother and sister and we feel like she would be fine with other dogs after getting to know them. She would do well with older children and we have not had her around cats but we feel like she would be fine with proper introduction. Pat is a young shih tzu mix that came to us from our friends at PETA. Pat was living outside chained and had not been groomed in a very long time. PETA got him all cleaned up and will be covering his heartworm treatment as well. Pat will need children 6 plus in his future home and if you have any canines in the home they will need to come in for a meet and greet. Please remember due to Pat`s breed it is very important to maintain his coat as matting and tangling can be very painful. Regular grooming is very important and we have a great list of groomers for you at time of adoption. If you have any questions or would like to visit with Pat please speak with our kennel team.
