Rex was adopted in 2022 but has found his way back to the shelter because he did not like living with children. Rex is 12 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. He will need a home with no children. He has been nothing but cooperative since we have had him in rescue. He has the cutest grin with his little snaggle tooth. Let us get to know him and we will post more. Perry is perfection:) He is a very sweet and gentle dog who loves all people and gets along great with other dogs. Perry is not in a foster home with children, but we feel he would be fine with dog savvy children over the age of 5 years. Perry enjoys sniffing around the backyard with the resident dogs in his foster home. He also enjoys a pup cup from time to time. Perry is such a sweet companion who enjoys being with his people. Perry will require an adopter who is a home a good portion of the day as this is what he is used to in his foster home. Perry is neutered, he is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Bubbles and her sister and brother, Buttercup and Brodie were surrendered to a kill shelter because their owners just had too many and couldn’t find homes on their own. Their mom is a long-haired Chihuahua and their daddy is a Shih Tzu and they were born on February 2nd this year so they are 8 months old. Bubbles has been spayed, is up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. She’s also microchipped. She weighs just under 9 pounds and is probably full grown now. Bubbles is great at the Vet and The Groomer and loves riding in the car. She needs a little practice on the leash and she’s making great progress on house training. Although and three pups are extremely sweet, Bubbles is a most friendly and a super snuggler! She plays great with her brother and sister and we feel like she would be fine with other dogs after getting to know them. She would do well with older children and we have not had her around cats but we feel like she would be fine with proper introduction.
