What we do know is that Sammy is very family - and everybody friendly, she is very loyal and bonds quickly and thrives with a canine companion by her side. If you have plenty of time to spend with your dogs, and room in your heart for a fluffy, lovable girl, Sammy just might be a perfect match. Joey is a healthy senior dog with a big heart who loves little walks, cuddles and follows you around the house. Pretty mild tempered dog and loves people more than other dogs or cats. He doesn't mind cats but prefers small dogs in general. He has adopted him from a local family when he was 5. Since then he has been a part of our family and has spread joy and happiness to us ever since. Our situation has changed since we now have a baby and a 4 year old that are pretty demanding and with both me and my wife working full time, we haven't been able to put aside time for Joey. We are looking for a loving family that can take in Joey. Ideally a family where one of the members typically stays home so he isn't left all alone (he does OK when left home alone for about 6-8 hours at times) and has time to take him on little walks.

Stetson is a shy and gentle giant - at 80 pounds, but he is a mellow fellow in general, but also still needing to come out of his shell. At this point he is wanting to take things slowly. He doesn't love the kennel environment or fast changes or rushed introductions. He needs to feel comfortable and have a chance to observe and feel safe. He does have a soft and affectionate side that is coming out, he is basically insecure not having had the best early stage in his life it seems. But this boy is a diamond in the rough and should continue to slowly flourish. We are hoping for a foster home or adopter soon!
