Joey is a healthy senior dog with a big heart who loves little walks, cuddles and follows you around the house. Pretty mild tempered dog and loves people more than other dogs or cats. He doesn't mind cats but prefers small dogs in general. He has adopted him from a local family when he was 5. Since then he has been a part of our family and has spread joy and happiness to us ever since. Our situation has changed since we now have a baby and a 4 year old that are pretty demanding and with both me and my wife working full time, we haven't been able to put aside time for Joey. We are looking for a loving family that can take in Joey. Ideally a family where one of the members typically stays home so he isn't left all alone (he does OK when left home alone for about 6-8 hours at times) and has time to take him on little walks.

So much so, that when he got his medical shave down, 7 pounds of yucky fur was removed! He had bilateral ear infection and hundreds of fox tails all over his body and in his paws, which have been removed. He's feeling much Better! And deserves that, this guy is a sweet heart! And he's looking for you! He's a big boy at 85 pounds and could stand to gain a few more. He is NOT house trained...but his foster is working with him on this. He's neutered, up-to-date on all shots.
