Story
Lily came to us as a sweet girl that was in a neglectful and possibly abusive situation. She is still the sweetest girl and has come out of her shell so much. She can be very timid and anxious so I think she would fit best in a home without young kids. We have four kids and another dog and she was amazing with all of them, but it’s obvious to us that she needs a more chill setting. That doesn’t mean she’s lazy! Lily needs a home with room to run, or somewhere she will get lots of exercise with her humans. She is about 2.5 years old and is all legs! She loves to cuddle but she also needs to run around. Lily is on a special dog food which we have six - 30lbs(ish) bags of that will come with her. We put her on a sensitive diet food when we got her and she just loves it, so we’ve never switched.

He’s a scared dog who needs a firm, experienced owner to help him feel secure and establish boundaries. Sprocket has had training sessions and responds well to clear, consistent leadership. Once he knows you’re in charge, he’s much more relaxed and doesn’t push back. However, he does react to new people and should wear a muzzle during initial introductions for safety. Despite his challenges, Sprocket has no health issues and thrives on affection from his trusted person. He enjoys being cuddled and will show his sweet side once he’s built trust. If you’re an experienced dog owner ready to provide a structured, loving environment, Sprocket could be a rewarding companion. She can be shy when first meeting someone, but give her some time to feel comfortable and you’ll be rewarded with plenty of kisses and requests for pets! Blanca is dog friendly and loves playing with other dogs. Because Blanca can become nervous with sudden or unpredictable movements and may growl when she feels unsure, she’ll do best in a home with no small children. She could with children 13+ who can understand and respect her space. Blanca sleeps in her crate all night without a sound. She knows how to use the dog door. She LOVES the adults in her foster home and follows them around. Blanca is also still learning her leash skills, and because she can be shy and unsure in new situations, she’ll need a home with a fenced-in backyard where she can safely get outside while she continues building her confidence and working on leash training.
