Story
Sunny is a sweet, gentle pup who is just starting to learn the ropes of the world, including how to walk on leash. She can be a little shy at first, especially around new things like doorways, but once she’s had a moment to say hello she blossoms into a wiggly, affectionate cuddle bug who loves being close to her people. True to her name, Sunny is friendly with everyone she meets and does wonderfully with children, happily wagging her tail and joining in on the fun. She enjoys playing in the yard, carrying her favorite toys, and keeping a watchful eye on whatever you’re doing—she’s the perfect little shadow who always wants to be part of the action. Sunny is crate-trained, knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come, and relaxes well when left alone. Still a young pup may be startled by loud noises like a blow dryer, but with patience and encouragement she continues to gain confidence and show off her calm, loving personality.

Story
Lollipop is a little sweetheart and she has tons of personality! Her mom is a small B&W rat terrier mix and dad is a doodle. Mom was taken in as a stray by a lady with an unaltered doodle. Before she could find a rescue to help with mom, she became pregnant. Lollipop was the runt in the litter. She is friendly, loving and smart! She is also a major snuggler! She likes to wrap her head around your neck and nestle in! Lolli is great with other dogs and people of all ages. She has not been around a cat yet but we are confident she will be fine with proper intro. Being the runt, she always seems to end up on the bottom and she still plays hard and never gets mad! Lolli is healthy, UTD on puppy shots and worming. She will be spayed and microchipped before going to her forever home. Based on puppy weight calculators we think she will be between 25 and 35 lbs. If you would like to add this sweetheart to your family, please email omlc7@hotmail.com or dogs4mylife@gmail.com. If you do not see a response, please check your spam folder.

Story
Her name is Curly! Gee, I wonder why. A 2-year-old, 40-pound Poodle mix, she was found by a good Samaritan who brought her to rescue. She was severely matted at the time, and she'll need to be groomed periodically. Otherwise? She's great! A jumper, she's a sweet, dog friendly girl (although she does not like cats!), who loves to play and absolutely adores her kennel mate. Just terrific! How about it? Wanna take this curly girl home with you? You won't regret it! (Posted 2/13/26, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **February 19, 2026, 2:45 pm

Story
Cal-Poodle male, ~ 1-2 yr. (Dec. 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Cal came to Rescue when his prior owner called for help. They are traveling a lot for work and just felt it was in Cal's best interest to have a home where he wouldn't be alone so much. He's a beauty, with a friendly disposition and a lot of love to give. Cal is about 65-70# and is probably fully grown. Poodles can be very good family dogs due to their intelligence, affectionate nature, and loyalty. Cal is used to living in a family setting with adults. Poodles are highly trainable and generally get along well with children and other pets when properly socialized. He has lived with other dogs, with no problems, although will enjoy getting to see more of the world with a new family. He requires a fair amount of mental and physical exercise, consistent grooming, and will thrive when he is included in family life rather than being left alone for long periods. Cal's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.
