Story
Lollipop is a little sweetheart and she has tons of personality! Her mom is a small B&W rat terrier mix and dad is a doodle. Mom was taken in as a stray by a lady with an unaltered doodle. Before she could find a rescue to help with mom, she became pregnant. Lollipop was the runt in the litter. She is friendly, loving and smart! She is also a major snuggler! She likes to wrap her head around your neck and nestle in! Lolli is great with other dogs and people of all ages. She has not been around a cat yet but we are confident she will be fine with proper intro. Being the runt, she always seems to end up on the bottom and she still plays hard and never gets mad! Lolli is healthy, UTD on puppy shots and worming. She will be spayed and microchipped before going to her forever home. Based on puppy weight calculators we think she will be between 25 and 35 lbs. If you would like to add this sweetheart to your family, please email omlc7@hotmail.com or dogs4mylife@gmail.com. If you do not see a response, please check your spam folder.

Tragically, his companion didn’t make it—but Barry was rescued just in the nick of time. And while his past is heartbreaking, this sweet boy is now safe and sound. Barry is ready to trade in highway traffic for belly rubs, cozy couches, and a forever family who will never let him down again. Barry also gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to have a doggy buddy or be your one and only. Barry has tested positive for heartworm, but with treatment provided by K-9 Lifesavers, he'll be feeling fine in no time.     Barry’s been through a lot, but you’d never know it from his kind, resilient spirit. All he’s missing now is a family to show him what happily-ever-after really looks like. Ready to give Barry the life he deserves?  Apply today! To learn more about heartworm please visit: https://www.webmd.com/pets/dogs/features/heartworms-in-dogs-facts-and-mythsYour pet will require a refresher in house-training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life. At about 45 pounds, Fozzie is the perfect “just right” size—big enough for adventures, small enough to still think he might fit in your lap if the mood strikes. He’s a friendly fellow who enjoys people and, as an added bonus, gets along great with other dogs.     When Fozzie Howie was rescued, he was in pretty rough shape and desperately needed a good grooming (be sure to check out his video). Luckily, he has since enjoyed a much-deserved spa day, and underneath all that fur was one very handsome—and very happy—fella. Now that he’s cleaned up and feeling like his fabulous self again, Fozzie Howie is ready to focus on what really matters:  finding a forever home and family who will love him, keep him looking sharp, and give him the safe, happy life he deserves. Please visit our website - www.cockeradoptions.org   There, you will find the current status of the dog, the links to our adoption and foster applications, and detailed information about our adopting and fostering procedures.   03/28/2026 - Videos: Sugar loves her belly rubs. MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi Everyone! My name is Sugar, and I just arrived at CSAC. The CSAC volunteer said that I was happy, friendly, outgoing and affectionate. I was rescued from a puppy mill. I have spent my life in a barn, a shed or a cage. The best home for me has people who have dog experience who can help with my training and acclimating to the outside world. The people in my new home should be able to teach me the skills I need to be a great pet: walking on a lead, house training, and socializing. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will help me to understand that I am a cherished family pet, not just an animal to be used to make money. For more information about this dog, email our Adoption Coordinator. Our adoption process starts with an application. If you are interested in adopting this pup, please click the Adopt menu at the top of the screen, read about our process, and click the application link. The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends. Unfortunately, the mounting high costs are beginning to limit the number of dogs we are able to take into our program. Even if you cannot adopt or foster one of our current adoptable dogs, please consider making a donation. The Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and your donations are entirely tax deductible. Click the Donate menu at the top of the screen. MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi Everyone! My name is Pearl, and I just arrived at CSAC. The CSAC volunteer said that I was friendly, calm and easy to hold. I was rescued from a puppy mill. I am timid and nervous because I have not been around a lot of people or lived in a home as a pet. I have spent my life in a barn, a shed or a cage. The best home for me has people who have dog experience who can help with my training and acclimating to the outside world. The people in my new home should be able to teach me the skills I need to be a great pet: walking on a lead, house training, and socializing. I will need time to trust people who want what is best for me and are not going to hurt me. That is something I have not experienced so far in my life. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy.
