Story
I’m Flapjack, a 2 year old, Standard Poodle/Spaniel mix. I’m house trained, well mannered, good with people and other dogs.   I love to play and I love water.  Yep, you guessed it, I also love playing in water and am definitely a water dog.  I’m also vocal and like to talk (not bark), but if you talk to me, I’ll talk right back at ya. I’m a big, lovable teddy bear looking for a place to call home. Kennel License # 7198 To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Bonnie-PoodleXfemale DOB 12-31-23 (Feb. 2026) Harlequin Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application Bonnie came to Rescue through a Prison Training Program. She's been taking classes every day and doing quite well. She's crate trained, has obedience training, husbandry and grooming skills. As she's been in a Prison, we do not know about children or cats yet, but she will be tested when moved to her foster home. If you want to know about the Dalmadoodle... A Dalmadoodle is a cross between a purebred Dalmatian and a purebred Standard Poodle. This pairing is intentional, not accidental, and is designed to balance: The Dalmatian’s loyalty, athleticism, and alert nature The Standard Poodle’s intelligence, trainability, and often low-shedding coat The result is a dog that is smart, people-focused, active, and deeply bonded to its family. Temperament is one of the biggest reasons families are drawn to Dalmadoodles. They are: Affectionate and people-oriented Intelligent and eager to learn Loyal to their family Alert without being aggressive Playful, but capable of settling with proper routine Dalmadoodles tend to form strong bonds with their owners and do best in homes where they are included in daily life. This is not a breed that thrives when left alone for long periods with little interaction. Because of their intelligence, they do especially well with owners who enjoy training, structure, and engagement. Bonnie's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting her ready for adoption. Story
Cal-Poodle male, ~ 1-2 yr. (Dec. 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Cal came to Rescue when his prior owner called for help. They are traveling a lot for work and just felt it was in Cal's best interest to have a home where he wouldn't be alone so much. He's a beauty, with a friendly disposition and a lot of love to give. Cal is about 65-70# and is probably fully grown. Poodles can be very good family dogs due to their intelligence, affectionate nature, and loyalty. Cal is used to living in a family setting with adults. Poodles are highly trainable and generally get along well with children and other pets when properly socialized. He has lived with other dogs, with no problems, although will enjoy getting to see more of the world with a new family. He requires a fair amount of mental and physical exercise, consistent grooming, and will thrive when he is included in family life rather than being left alone for long periods. Cal's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Story
Meet sweet Coco, she was a very loved dog, surrendered due to divorce, person worked long hours and left Coco crated for long periods of time. Coco is very loving, loves being with her person, bonds very quickly and just loves attention. She is about 50 pounds and 5 years old, Currently fostered with a 10 pound chiweenie (who occasionally growls at her but she just ignores him). Lived with another dog and kids in Texas. Just a lovely dog. Coco spent lots of time alone, we would like someone adopting her who is home quite a bit-we feel she would be so much happier with that. Well behaved (wants to sleep in bed with foster) and just a wonderful dog. PLEASE NOTE- AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG IS REQUIRED prior to any meet and greet. Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog. The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative, heartworm test if age appropriate and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped. Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration. APPLY AT ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG (click on the word "Adopt" at top of page to find the dropdown menu with application) We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging. Currently check, cash or venmo is preferred payment

Story
Marley is 5 years old. We have owned Marley since he was 6 months old. While he loves his family he does not do well with child visitors in the home. He lives with 2 children who have friends over often so we need to find him a new loving home. He will do great in an all adult home with owners who are home often. Marley loves to be pet. He will “ask” you to continue if you stop. He knows commands such as “place” “sit” “lay down” “drop it” “come”. Marley does not like being left home alone. When alone he paces, barks, and looks out the window until his family returns. I hope to find Maey a new loving home where he can be his best self.
