You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.(YOU MUST BE WITHIN A TWO HOUR DRIVE OF GRANTVILLE PA TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ADOPTER.)Posted 9/13/2024 UPDATED Bentley came to us with others from a puppy mill.  He is housetrained here and doesn't mind his crate.  Approximately 4 years old, he walks fairly well on a leash but could use a little more work.  He is good with other (large) dogs.  No small dogs or cats.  He's sweet and mellow and loves the challenge of those hard to destroy toys!  He has tested positive for Lyme but does not require daily medication.   His adoption fee is $400.  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. Adoption fee required. I’m Flapjack, a 2 year old, Standard Poodle/Spaniel mix. I’m house trained, well mannered, good with people and other dogs.   I love to play and I love water.  Yep, you guessed it, I also love playing in water and am definitely a water dog.  I’m also vocal and like to talk (not bark), but if you talk to me, I’ll talk right back at ya. I’m a big, lovable teddy bear looking for a place to call home. To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Story
Bella is an adorable poodle Shih Tzu mix with a spicy personality. Bella was supposed to be with me temporarily as her owner was moved into a nursing home. The temporary arrangement turned into two years. Unfortunately, we’re at the point where we just can no longer afford to take care of Bella or give her the time that she needs. Bella loves hugs and cuddles, and it’s very possessive of her owner. Bella is house train, but because we don’t have the time to spend with her she’s gotten used to peeing inside the house on doggy pads. She also spends a lot of time in a cage, which is not something she was used to before she came to us. So Bella may need more training to get back acclimated to being around the house dogs. Her personality is a mixture between active and laid-back. She loves to run around. She loves to play, but she also loves to just lay down and cuddle. With us already having three kids and two other pets we don’t have the time to spend with Bella.

Story
Gunner is a golden doodle who will be 2 years old in February, he is about 80lbs. He is fully up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. He loves attention and to play. He is very high energy but also loves to cuddle and spend time with you. He has grown up with a 15lb cockapoo for a sister so he is really comfortable around smaller dogs. We have taken him to the dog park many times and he does well with bigger dogs but gets nervous if they are very in his face. Recently gunner has gone through a lot of change with our family, we have moved to a new home, changed our work schedule which means he has been home and not getting nearly the same amount of energy out during the day. This has led to him beginning to resource guard things such as the couch, the guest bed, and every once in a while bones. We have a baby on the way and we have tried trainers but we have run out of time and are not willing to risk having him in our home with a newborn.
