Story
Jack, our charming 7-year-old mini-doodle, with a heart of gold and a tale of resilience. Rescued from a neglectful breeding situation, Jack has overcome adversity with grace and now seeks a loving forever home where he can truly flourish.Despite his rough start, Jack is a bundle of love waiting to blossom. While he may be a bit shy around new faces, his affection knows no bounds once he warms up to you. With a patient and understanding adopter, Jack is sure to thrive and shower endless love in return.Jack's journey to finding his footing includes discovering the joy of canine companionship. He gets along famously with other dogs and is learning the ropes of playtime with them. A confident furry friend of small to medium size will be his guiding light, showing him the ropes of being a cherished family member.Although Jack had to bid farewell to his teeth due to neglect, he hasn't let that dim his spirit. He's adapted remarkably well and can enjoy his meals with ease. A full grooming session was just what he needed to feel like a new pup, and he handled it like a champ. In the realm of house training, Jack is making strides and only has occasional slip-ups. He's a dream to have around, especially when curled up in his x-pen near his foster's bed or joining his furry friends for lstrolls around the neighborhood. We believe that Jack's true potential will shine brightest in a calm and nurturing environment, alongside a furry companion who exudes confidence and kindness. Being a part of Jack's journey toward happiness is a rewarding experience, and we can't wait for him to find his perfect match. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet River! She is about 10 months old, 52 lbs, and she likely has some boxer and doodle in her mix! River is one of a large unwanted litter. In her foster home, she has been working hard on her house training, crate training and leash walking, but will need a patient person to continue to teach her how to be a great adult dog. She could go to a home with kids 5+. She isn't the biggest fan of other dogs and likely would do best as an only pup. She hasn't live with cats since she came into our care however, she would likely do OK with a dog-savvy cat and slow introductions.River has separation anxiety and will need someone who's home more often than not. We have a group of volunteer certified positive reinforcement trainers that we partner with and they will be able to work with River's new family to help her feel more comfortable when being left home alone. Her foster says, "River is very smart and eager to learn. She's a great listener and settles down when she needs to! She will make a great family dog/adventure friend...the most loyal best friend her lucky adopter(s) will ever have."She is available for adoption in Worcester, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.- Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, financial, and emotional responsibilities of a puppy/dog BEFORE applying to adopt.- Puppies/dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises.- More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fee can be found at browndogcoalition.com

Story
A stunning and sweet Pyredoodle? Yes please! Meet Oreo. Smart and sweet with LONG legs, this girl is chill, gentle and a just little hesitant at first. She just adores soft places and cushy blankets. Not too dignified for a little unsanctioned counter surfing (I mean, so tempting). This long, tall lady (but still trim and fit) is athletic and loves playing with her foster sister and sometimes with resident dog. She's ready to meet her new best friend who will give her all the gentle affection she deserves. And she will love you truly and forever. April 27, 2024, 7:02 pm
