Our handsome Toby is 9 months old and a very good boy. Unfortunately, it turns out he needs a quiet home without children. We have 2 kiddos at home and they are great with animals, but he hides all day long while they’re awake and only comes out when they go to bed. The noise and activity is just too much for him. On top of that, our two older cats haven’t accepted him, so the poor guy is pretty lonely. We would love for Toby to be able to live his best life in a quiet household without children or dogs. It would be okay for children to visit, he would just hide while they’re there! He is good with other cats. He consistently uses a scratcher and the litter box. He is accustomed to both a standard litter box and a litter robot. He has gingivitis and needs to eat a specific type of cat food, but he is otherwise healthy.

Kelly knew she needed to find a home so she picked a senior center where she thought she would get plenty of love and attention. Kelly was persistent and kept trying to find a way to enter the building. Unfortunately, the facility did not allow residents to keep pets but one of the ladies cared a great deal about Kelly and brought her to AALOC. Kelly is a beautiful buff and white, short-haired tabby. She is friendly and playful. Although she thought a senior woman or man would be her perfect new owner, she is entirely open to being adopted into any family. She is such a sweet cat! Please submit an application to adopt Kelly at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Kelly and get to know her a bit. Adoption donation includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Cowboy is one of five kittens that my cat had. He's six months old, and I have been reluctant to find a forever home for him because it feels like I'm giving away a child. However, he needs more space to grow and play in than I can provide. He's very loving, and gets along well with his siblings. He's first in line to investigate any new toys. Loves feathered toys and will usually claim it as a "kill" and hide it from the others. There are dogs in the household but there's been no interaction between them. I had to train him to not want to go outside our door. As long as there's no threat of danger he's very active and lively, with a streak of independence just beginning to develop. He's becoming more vocal as he gets older and will speak it to get my attention. He loves being brushed and would let you do it for hours, if you had the time!
