Story
It truly breaks my heart to write this, but I’m looking to rehome my two sweet cats who have been part of our family for the past 5 years. They are bonded and must stay together, as they’ve grown up side by side and are very attached to one another. Both cats are house trained, well-behaved, and indoor cats. They are gentle, affectionate, and enjoy relaxing, playing, and being around their people. They have brought so much joy to our home. I recently had a young infant, and with the changes and responsibilities of caring for a baby, I unfortunately haven’t been able to give them the time and attention they deserve. Because of that, I’m hoping to find them a loving home where they will be cared for and cherished. About them: • Bonded pair – must be adopted together • Around 5 years old • Litter box trained • Friendly and sweet personalities • Indoor cats My biggest priority is finding them a safe, patient, and loving home where they can continue to thrive together.

Story
Where did you acquire Butch? Butch & his 6 littermates were rescued from inside a pet store wall. The owner called me and I was able to get them back to safety, but unable to find a foster or adopter. How old is Butch? Butch is now 10 years..7mo... according to his vet. We guessed. Please remember indoor cats live into their 20s. What are you looking for in a home? Butch is a DARLING. He's super sweet. He LOVES cuddle time. He's very needy & chatty. Butch has decided he must be under the covers AND the designated little spoon. He does talk... so cute 😍. Butch needs a calm environment with [a] loving guardian[s]. He should be spoiled. He should have someone willing to spend time, effort, care, money, and consideration for his wellbeing: emotional, physical, mental, medical, etc... when making personal & life decisions, he must be taken into consideration. He must not be forced to make friends. He must be loved. He has friends & one brother if you're able to adopt 2.

I love to play!I chase toys and I easily entertain myself. I feel more comfortable in the presence of calm people and other cats. I purr when held and pet! I would be best in a home with Thor and no dogs. Thor is a foster cat I live with. When the rescuer found me, I had an ulcer in my eye which ruptured. It was repaired and I still have vision in that eye. I am neutered, vaccinated, combo tested and microchipped. Please email, catsintow@gmail.com, if interested in meeting or adopting me.

Story
I'm a proud, appreciative, orange tabby! I was rescued by a kind soul in the neighborhood I was living in. She took me in, got my vetting done and is helping me work on my domestic skills, including dog etiquette. I'm friendly and I do enjoy the companionship of the two other cats. Mini (a dilute sortie) and Marie (a tortie). We would prefer a home together.. Please email catsintow@hotmail.com, if interested in meeting/adopting us.

Story
MEET CLINTON!

Clinton’s story began with heartbreak, but he has never let it define him. This lively young kitten was surrendered to Devore Animal Shelter in October 2025 by people who chose to keep his siblings but did not want him because he was blind. At just five weeks old, he entered Kitty Devore foster care, where he has been thriving ever since. Clinton’s eyes are microophthalmic, meaning they are undersized for his eye sockets, and they are heavily embedded behind his third eyelids. After a visit to our vet and based on his foster mom’s observations, Clinton can see light and shadow. Still, his visual impairments do not slow him down one bit. He explores the world with determination, happily trotting about, occasionally bumping into a wall, then simply changing course and carrying on. Because unfamiliar sounds can startle him, he would do best with a patient family willing to give him time to adjust and feel secure. Clinton is bursting with personality and kitten energy. Evenings are his favorite time to shine, when the zoomies arrive and he transforms into a tiny jungle hunter, crouching low and waiting to pounce on unsuspecting ankles as they pass by. He keeps his claws tucked away for his playful sneak attacks, making his antics more funny than fierce. When the adventures are over, Clinton reveals his softer side. If he hops onto your chest, he is asking for snuggles, and if the mood is right, he absolutely adores belly scratches. He is also very social and would thrive in a home with another playful cat close to his age and energy level who is ready to wrestle, romp, and keep up with him. Clinton is a truly special little guy with endless charm, nonstop entertainment value, and an adorable “birdie” purr that wins hearts instantly. He would be a wonderful addition to a loving home ready to embrace his playful spirit and sweet, cuddly side. If you are ready to welcome this one-of-a-kind kitten into your family, interested adopters should visit www.kittydevorerescue.org to fill out an application to adopt Clinton today.

Story
Eclypse! Impossible to ignore, he's full of awe-inspiring energy, much like the solar and lunar celestial events. He and his siblings were born in a warehouse in Anaheim and brought into foster care at just two days old. Their mother, Nova—who also gave birth to KD fosters Wacko & Dot—had eluded the traps for too long. Once rescuers finally caught her, she stayed with her newest babies until they were old enough to be independent. Then, she underwent her spay and vaccinations before returning to her colony. From the start, Eclypse jostled his way through to get the best nursing spot. Not only was he a momma's boy, but also a greedy little milk hog. He eclipsed his siblings by emerging as the feistiest and fattest of the litter. However, when introduced to wet food, he lagged through the transition. Still, it didn't take him long to catch up, and he's never missed a meal since. Full of mischief and always up for fun, Eclypse loves to jump, roughhouse, and play fetch, although he's not the best at retrieving and returns. His half-brother and best buddy, Wacko, race one another to the apex of the cat trees, but when they're zoomed out, you can find them curled up together for a well-deserved nap. Eclypse, who currently resides in a foster home with his littermates, Komet and Nebulah, his older half-siblings Wacko and Dot, a small dog, and two human teenagers, would thrive best in a lively, social environment. Eclypse is a wonder and will bring boundless, unpredictable energy to your home and family. Having another active young kitty who can match his energy level is a must, and if you don't already have one of your own, you might consider his half-brother, Wacko, too. Fill out an adoption application for Eclypse today at www.kittydevorerescue.org!

Story
Meet Cow! This little cutie was found as part of a larger litter that was rescued in late August at about 8 weeks old. She had been living in a parking lot and her and her siblings had begin getting into car engines and other dangerous spots before they got scooped up to safety. Since being rescued she has been fully socialized and received full vet care. Cow is a spunky, adorable, sweet and energetic girl. She loves to climb and definitely makes good use of cat trees. She also likes to snuggle up with the other cats in her foster home. She’s super sweet and friendly and purrs if you pet her. She doesn't mind if you pick her up, but if you show her a cat tree while you pick her up, she'll probably think you were just being her personal elevator. Cow loves to run around and chase toys and leaps into the air if you throw something for her. While not the traditional lap cat, Cow does enjoy quality time with people by sitting and snuggling up right next to you, and if she chooses to come sit or lay on you it is the utmost honor she can bestow upon you. Cow would do best in a home with other cats around who would like to snuggle and play after a proper introduction period. She likes to come up for human attention too, and will softly paw at you or meow to ask to play. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is just a gem of a cat. She has never bitten or scratched and would do well with kids since she loves high energy play. Cow has been spayed, has her microchip, all three doses of FVRCP, and rabies vaccines. Her full medical records will be provided to her adopter.
