Took in feral kitty during ice storm in January '26 She has been thoroughly vetted, spayed, shots, wormed, etc. and have veterinarian's paperwork.She's approx. 18 months old. Very loving and enjoys to sit and be petted as lap kitty. Also playful and loves her toys.Absolutely loves anyone she meets including children and will immediately approach strangers. She needs to be an indoor cat as she's blind in 1 eye from an animal attack when she was living feral as a kitten. Vet has givenher a clean bill of health.I want her to go to a home with time to give her all the TLC she deserves.She is an overly affectionate cat and loves attention.

Raphael needs a patient, experienced person who understands fearful, shy, unsocialized cats and maybe has a confident cat to help.I adopted Raphael from Cherokee Animal Shelter four months ago. Despite plenty of time to adjust, he remains fearful of me. He is quiet and spends much of the day hiding or keeping to himself. He usually eats, explores, and sometimes plays with his toys after I go to bed.He has made small improvements and occasionally allows me to pet his head, but he is still very fearful of being approached or handled. When frightened, he may hiss, swat, or run and hide. He sometimes cries at night but becomes quiet & scared if I check on him.A vet prescribed Prozac, but after one dose he detected it no matter how I hid it. His 9/25 exam & bloodwork were normal. He is neutered, vaccinated, healthy, and excellent with his litter box.

Miso is a very young kitten I recently rescued. He is about 4 weeks old, so he is still a baby and needs someone who understands the special care he needs at this age, including proper nutrition, hydration, warmth, and eventually veterinary care.I’m going to continue taking care of him for as long as I can. I’ve gotten him kitten formula, soft food, toys, and a little scratching post, and I’m doing my best to give him a safe and comfortable place to grow. He is very sweet, playful, curious, affectionate, and definitely a little feisty he would rather play with my fingers than his scratching post sometimes lol. Transportation is limited for me, so I haven’t been able to get him to the vet yet, but getting him proper veterinary care is something I’m working toward. I’m hoping that Miso can stay with me and grow into a healthy, happy big boy. However, there is some difficulty at home regarding keeping him, so I’m looking into safe options just in case I’m no longer able to keep him.

My daughter originally got him when he was a kitten, he is 7yrs old, and he has always been in our home, she recently moved to a place she was unable to take him. My husband has become allergic to him and we often travel and no longer can leave him home as he would be alone. We used to have family members always home and that is no longer the case. He is extremely friendly, loves to go outside during the day, but stays inside at night. He was known by all our neighbors as the neighborhood cat before we sold our home. He would go to peoples home to visit them and their children.

Coke is around seven months old now, I got him when he was around three months old from the Cherokee County animal shelter. He was sick with a little virus for a while, but that’s the only issue we’ve had with him. Unfortunately, I am moving and the apartment I’m moving into has a strict no pet policy so unfortunately Coke can’t come with me. Coke is very sweet and cuddly. Once he gets to know you you just have to give him a little bit of time to get comfortable.

Megatron was born in October 2025 in a cat shelter. Megatron loves to burst into a room and then flop onto the floor, or find a sunny spot to nap in. He is good around kids, but hasn't been around dogs or other animals. Our toddler grandbaby absolutely adores him and just squeals anytime she sees him. Our son originally adopted him, but is severely allergic. We are fostering Megatron and his buddy until we can find the right homes for them. Megatron and his buddy are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and litter trained. Megatron is social and inquisitive. He really is a sweetheart.
