Oliver is about 3 years old +/-. I saw him outside in my neighborhood in distressed &hungry. For a few months I brought him food, water and shelter outside. He injured his paw so I took him to the vet brought him into my basement to recover. I didn’t intend to keep him since I already had a dog and 2 rescue cats, but I was unable to find him a home. He’s been with me for about a year. My heart is heavy with the thought of rehoming him but he isn’t safe in my home because my 2 cats bully & attack him. All 3 are indoor/outdoor. Both of my cats have aggressively attacked him. The most recent attack resulted in a puncture wound that became infected. If he stays here he will continue to get hurt. Oliver craves human attention, which he is not getting enough of. He stays in my basement and repeatedly paws at the cat door from the basement seeking attention. I fear he will break it and be exposed to my cats. Oliver loves people, loves to snuggle, and to play with toys. He’s a sweetie.

Story
Tigger is a very sweet and affectionate cat. He loves to sit by the window and nap in the sun. When he wants to be pet he'll crawl into your lap and make sure all your attention is on him. However, he'll try to get your attention in some not so human friendly ways. For example he will jump up on the tv and block it, go on the countertops and knock things off of surfaces to get your attention. He is not the smallest cat, his weight alone has destroyed a few surfaces. His favorite things to knock off is glass and ceramics. Even when the items are pushed back, he finds a way to knock them off. He's a smart cat, he knows he's not supposed to be in those areas. If you catch him, he'll jump down and run away. Otherwise he really is a good cat, he loves to hangout, and he plays catch! He does not seem anxious about his environment, so I think what he needs is a family with kids or other pets to redirect his energy.

Minty was born June 18, 2019. A college acquaintance had kittens to rehome and I chose her and brought her home with me when she was 8 weeks old. She’s the typical sassy, diva calico but she’s super affectionate and sweet. Loves to be wrapped up, warm and snuggly. I had a work injury that has left me disabled, unable to work and unable to care for her physically, financially, and sometimes emotionally. I hate to give her up, but because it’s becoming harder to physically and financially care for her, I believe she would be better off in another home. She’s scared of going to the vet, so her shots are not up to date but she’s a strictly indoor cat with no contact with any other animals. I’d love to find her a loving home that can care for her better than I have been struggling to. It’s just been me and her for nearly 7 years. If you are interested in giving a loving, caring home to this sweet girl, please contact me.
