Sally was adopted as a kitten from a shelter in Florida. She has been through many moves with her first owner, my husband, and our family. She started to have behavior issues when we had our kids and is not a fan of kids. She loves other people but not children. She also doesn’t do great with other cats and often tries to fight our other female cat. She did grow up with a dog for about the first six months of her life, but has not been around dogs since. She is about six years old and would probably do best in a house with only adults and no kids or other pets. Sally is a very sweet cat and very loving. She loves to come visit in the bathroom and ask for the sink to be turned on for her to drink from!

Beauty is currently living her best life in her foster home, and while she is a more reserved kitten who takes time to build trust, she is VERY sweet and special — and absolutely worth the wait. She loves hiding spots when she needs a little space, and perches up high on the cat tree to survey her kingdom and soak up a sunny spot. Bird watching is one of her favorite pastimes. Beauty loves roughhousing and chasing her brother Sterling, and the two of them together are pure joy to watch. She has a sweet morning routine — rubbing against her foster mom’s legs while she brushes her teeth, just to remind her that it’s wet food time. She enjoys laser pointers, scratching posts, bells, feathers, and cat wands. She may take a while to feel fully at home, but once she does, she will sneak into bed with you at night and make herself right at home beside you. Story
Daisy (about 9 years old as of March, 2025) is a female black and white shorthaired cat. Daisy was born to a feral mother cat who had literally been dumping her kittens at one of our caretakers' house for years. They finally caught her but she was about to give birth, so these lucky kittens have been inside their whole lives. Daisy is a very vocal kitty who likes to meow about things as she goes through her day and will sometimes call out to figure out where people are if she wanders off alone expecting someone to call back to her or come find her. That sounds awfully needy but she is actually the most independent kitty from her litter. She is sweet and affectionate but doesn't want to cuddle until she is done playing and doesn't feel the need to be on top of someone smothering them every time she gets a few pets. That said, when she is in full cuddle mode she loves serious, firm pets so strong they pull the skin around her eyes back and exaggerate her already naturally silly long skinny face. She is very energetic and alert which can make her seem jumpy or skittish, but it's really just her goofy, playful nature showing. She does well with older kids and mostly gets along okay with most of the other cats in her foster home, but has had conflicts with a few of them and mostly keeps to herself so she might prefer living with only the one cat she always gets along with- her sister Primrose. We're hoping we can find a family willing to take them both, as the last time we tried to separate them they both were miserable. She hasn't ever lived with a dog and with her more sensitive nature and at her age she would probably be overwhelmed
