KORRIE is a social, friendly and confident 2 year old petite young lady. She enjoys meeting new people and will be happy to greet your guests. Once she forms a bond with her person, she is quite the cuddler. She enjoys snuggling up and sleeping with her foster mom. She loves being petted, including chin and cheek rubs, forehead scratches and long strokes down her back. She purrs, makes biscuits, and follows your hand with her head to get more. A tabby girl with prominent black stripes, Korrie's distinguishing feature is her unique tail. It folds back on itself in a "U" shape right near the end, so it looks like she is beckoning to you! She also has luminous green eyes. Korrie is not demanding of attention, and would be fine with someone who is away at work during the day. At times, she likes hanging out with her people and being part of the action. At other times, she is happy to entertain herself by chasing around a toy mouse, or curling up in the sun for a nice nap. When you get home from work, she will be happy to greet you for some playtime and cuddling. Korrie would be happiest as your one and only pet. Hi- I’m Peony! I will definitely catch your eye because I’m a 3 month old torbie, which means I’m a mix of tortoiseshell and tabby. My mom was a tortie so I think I must be the best of both worlds. My beautiful coloring is eye catching and sure this makes me a bit of a princess since everyone tells me how pretty I am! I’m a smart cookie though because I’m the observer of my siblings. I see what they are doing and then decide where to jump in. I love to play and play hard, especially with my sister, Penny. When I’m done, I’ll find a place to chill and watch the action. I’m still working on sitting in laps but if you pick me up, I’ll sit for a bit but then I’m quickly back to playing or observing the others. I received Fergie 5 years ago. A friend of a friend needed to rehome him due to the human being put into a nursing home. He has been a good boy to me for these past 5 years and it is with a heavy heart that I now have to rehome him and my other cats. He has lived with other cats with me. He has lived with children with me. I believe his previous owner had a dog as well, but not positive. Loud noises do scare him. Due to that he has been a little skiddish around loud young children. He has never attacked them though. He loves lasers and any wand toy. He also loves laying on his human when the house is completely quiet. It takes a lot to get him to purr but once he does, you know you really earned it. Even if he is not laying on you, he likes to be near you. He does eat wet and dry food. He will come will an automatic dry food feeder and an automatic litter box as well as some toys (if wanted). He will make any cat loving person very happy. I will miss him dearly.
