Story
🐾💕 Hi, we're Fawkes & Maple, and before we tell you anything else, there's one thing you should know... We're best friends, and we're looking for our forever home together. 🏡❤️ We both started life as strays and came to Kitty Connection at different times. Eventually, we found a home... and that's where we found each other. When unexpected circumstances brought us back to rescue, we lost our home, but thankfully, we didn't lose one another. 💞 🐱 I'm Fawkes, a 5-year-old gray-and-white gentleman with one eye and a heart full of love. I've overcome a lot, including losing an eye and having dental surgery, but those days are behind me now! These days, my favorite things are snuggles, naps, and making sure Maple feels safe and loved. 💙 🐱 And I'm Maple, a 10-month-old tabico girl with a playful spirit and a gentle soul. I was born outside, so learning to trust people has taken time. I can be a little shy at first, but every day I get a little braver. My favorite things? Wand toys, zoomies, and curling up next to Fawkes after a busy day of play! 🎣✨ 💕 Fawkes is my safe place. When I'm nervous, he's right there beside me. He helps me feel brave enough to take the next step and reminds me that I'm never alone. Together, we're the perfect pair: one part cuddle bugs 🥰, one part playtime experts 🎉, and 100% devoted to each other. 💗 We're looking for a quiet, patient home where we can continue our journey together. Maple may need a little time to settle in, but with love, understanding, and Fawkes by her side, she continues to blossom every day. 🌸 💖 We've already found our best friend in each other. 🏡 Now we're hoping to find our forever family. ✨ Could that be you? ✨

Story
Hi, I'm Estrella, a gentle soul with the softest fur you'll ever touch. I'm 10 months old and I take my time warming up to new people and places. I won't rush over to greet you at the door, since I like to watch and wait before I trust. But once I decide you're safe, I change completely. It took my foster parents just a few days of consistent playing and gentle petting before I let my guard down, and once I did, I turned into a rambunctious kitten exploring every corner of the house. That spunky side only comes out once I trust you, so a little patience (and a lot of playing) goes a long way. Once I'm comfortable, I'm anything but reserved. I follow my foster parents everywhere and love lying at their feet while they're at their desk, bunting my head up and purring for pets. And when the wand toy comes out, shy Estrella disappears completely, replaced by a cat who's sprinting and leaping and never quite ready to stop. My fur seals the deal. It's bury-your-hand-in-a-cloud soft, and once you get a petting session with me, you'll understand why everyone makes such a fuss. I'm steady, sweet, and low-maintenance. I'll never scratch or hiss, but I do need calm, predictable surroundings and a patient person willing to spend consistent time with me. Once that trust is built, you get more than a soft, purring lap cat. You get a spirited, playful girl who finally feels safe enough to be fully herself. I'd do best as an only cat, with someone who can be home with me more often than not.

Story
Hi - My name is Ellie and I’m a sweet and shy 3 year old female tabby. This is my second time with Kitty Connection. My original adopters didn’t feel like I was a good fit anymore so I’m back with Kitty Connection and looking for people who are patient and kind. I start off spicy, but I’m just afraid. Once I settle in, I love being around quiet humans and my foster mom’s quiet cats. I was originally in a home with a male kitty who had a lot of energy and that was too much for me. I love to play, but mostly by myself at night – although sometimes I’ll play with a wand toy with my foster mom. Her cats come in to say hello and then they go about their business which is just fine with me. I like to see them interact with my foster mom as it assures me that she’s a safe person. I think I’d like a home with other quiet and mellow kitties who don’t mind if I do my own thing. I wouldn’t like a home with a lot of people or kids who make a lot of noise and dogs are probably not something I would be comfortable with. Check out some of the videos my foster mom has taken. I tend to be afraid the first few minutes she’s with me and then she offers me a treat and I remember I like her. She’s very patient and tells me I’m pretty.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING We transport kittens from South Florida. There is an epidemic of cat overpopulation in South Florida. Tens of thousands of cats & kittens suffer needlessly & need a home. We transport & adopt kittens & cats that have no chance in South Florida. Please note - we are the only legal Florida rescue importer in the state of Mass. We have 3 professional transporters deliver your kitties safely to you. One person is always in the back monitoring the health & well-being of your animal. Although we love dogs they are NEVER on our transport as it adds time & stress for your kitties. Be sure to ask questions of any rescue transporting. Are they legal & how are they transported. There is a big difference. We also use flight angels. Kind volunteers who bring a cat or kitten on a plane ride as their carry-on luggage. We are so grateful for good people. We try to get the kittens as close as we can by air. TO ADOPT A KITTEN, YOU MUST ADOPT IN PAIRS OR HAVE A YOUNG CAT. Story
My name is Tweety and I'm a 4-year-old tabby girl and I'm posted with my kitten pal Han Solo. I was surrendered by people who never bothered to take me to the vet, so, predictably, I had lots and lots of kittens, then they gave me up with having too many cats as the reason for surrendering me. I never learned what happened to my babies. I like to be around people, but I admit it takes me a while to get used to new ones. Certain behaviors, such as wariness at being approached for petting by hands coming from above, being even more startled than most cats by sudden noises and movements, or guardedness around feet, make my fosters suspect I may have experienced abuse in my past, such as by being struck or kicked, but I'm not telling. I'll admit, I was kind of a mess until Han Solo came around. He's only about two and a half months old and he kind of reminds me of my babies. I didn't like him at first, but it didn't take him long to win me over with sheer cuteness. I'm not as much a mother to him as I am a big sister. We run around and play a lot-- he's the perfect companion for me because I have a lot of energy also. I know I'm bigger than he is, so I'm pretty gentle and I seem to be doing a good job of it. We've become a bonded pair, so neither of us will be adopted without the other. There are a couple of very young children in my foster home. I would probably be OK adopted into a home with older kids but younger ones don't always respect my boundaries. I respond with a swat, but I don't actually try to hurt them. We have been spayed/neutered, our shots are up to date, and we have tested negative for FIV and FeLV. We're being fostered in Melrose. The total adoption fee for both of us is $325, which is putting us pretty cheap if you ask me. It's a huge discount. If you're interested in adopting us, click the button that says "Ask about us." Story
My name is Froggy and this is my brother Tucker. Wait, maybe I'm Tucker and this is my brother Froggy. The thing is, we look so much alike, sometimes we can't even tell ourselves apart. We're both brown tabbies, about two years old, both larger than average, and we need a home with someone who will love us. We eat, play and sleep together. It took a while for us to open up in our foster home, but our personalities are shining through. We greet our foster mom at the door when she comes home, and we'll do the same for you if you adopt us. She says our antics are hilarious, especially when we play through the cat tunnel. We'll curl up with you while you watch TV, and at least one of us will probably be on your lap. Our favorite toys are ribbon and strings- knitters beware. When we are left alone, we play tag with the energy of two small tornadoes. We're both friendly and talkative, and Tucker has become quite a Velcro cat. Whoever adopts us will be lucky because we will love you for the rest of our lives. Our adoption fee has even been discounted to facilitate us getting adopted together. We are neutered males and our shots are up to date. We are being fostered in Revere. Story
My name is Bullseye and I was left behind by the people who meant the world to me after they moved away. I was scared and took shelter in someone's basement on a rainy night. They were nice to me, but they couldn't keep me even though I was very friendly toward their toddler. After I got my veterinary care. I was placed into a foster home, and they say I adjusted quickly. I'm really a friendly boy, so I should get lots of playtime and attention, but then so should most other cats, and I wouldn't do well being left unaccompanied for long hours, though. I'm a pretty easy cat and I would be suitable for a first-time adopter.I'm about two years old. I have been neutered and my shots are up to date. I have also tested negative for FeLV and FIV. I'm being fostered in the Northeastern University area. My adoption fee has been reduced to only $195 to help me get adopted more quickly. It also helps support veterinary care for rescued cats. If you're interested in adopting me, click the button that says "Ask about me." It's right over there.
