He’s curious, active, and always ready to turn everyday objects into a game. Wayne is currently on an exclusive urinary diet due to a history of urinary crystals, and he’s doing well on it. His future home will need to be committed to keeping him strictly on this diet to support his long-term health — thankfully, Wayne makes this easy, because he loves his food. He prefers to be the only cat in the home, as he doesn’t enjoy sharing his space with other cats. In the right environment, where he can be the centre of attention, Wayne truly shines. If you’re looking for an entertaining, toy-loving companion who will keep you smiling and happily supervise mealtimes, Wayne might just be your perfect match.

He is looking for a new home because his family has moved to an area where outdoor cats are not permitted by local bylaw. He was raised as an outdoor cat and is very determined to be outside; he will find ways to escape if kept strictly indoors. He would do best in a safe home where he can continue to enjoy time outdoors (such as a rural property or quiet area where outdoor cats are allowed).
