She has experienced some big life changes recently and is now looking for a forever home where she can bond and trust a family again.I am:• Fun, playful, and affectionate• A fan of making biscuits and sweet meows• Experienced living with other cats• Strictly an indoor-only cat• Spayed, microchipped, and litter box trainedI’m currently not a fan of being picked up, but I love rubbing on your legs and being petted. I can thrive as a solo pet with lots of attention or as a buddy for another cat, as long as I have my favorite wet food! Only true cat lover please inquire. Buster is approximately 13 years old and is very friendly to people and loves to get attention and affection. He’s a lap kitty and occasional bedtime snuggler. He has been with me for over eleven years. We are making the difficult decision to rehome him because 1) he doesn’t get along with our other senior cat and the aggression is getting worse every day and 2) we just had our second child and are simply outgrowing our home.We really need to find someone who will love him in his final years and give him the care and attention he wants and deserves. I wish that could still be us.

Story
Flash is a 1 1/2 year old female, spayed, up to date on all shots, gets monthly topical flea treatment. Her mother was adopted out by Portland OHS last year. They would not take Flash, she hadn't been spayed yet and was still more feral than tame. We had Salem OHS spay her, she has calmed way down. She loves lots of attention, when I go out to feed her she tries to come in the house but I can't let her in because of our other 4 cats. We live in a senior mobile home park that doesn't allow outside loose animals. Our cats are bothered by Flash hanging around under the windows, on our cars, she gets on the fence and the roof. She wants to be friends with the cats but ours don't like it. She is very sweet, does get a little overstimulated when we're petting here and hanging out with her, she will try to reach out to say "don't go away, stay and pet me". She still has some feral in her, is comfortable around us but runs when others come by. She needs a place before cold weather comes.

Kakarot is an eight year old sweetheart that needs a home that can give her a little more attention and comfort than we are currently able to provide. She was adopted as a kitten and thrived, and basically ran our household, until we started adding to our family. When she was 3 we got a larger breed dog and her behaviors changed. She stayed in hiding the majority of the time, gained some weight, and only came out at night once everyone was down for the night. We assumed with time they’d warm up to each other but that sadly has not been the case with her. We’ve also had a couple kids since then and it seems that she’s gone even deeper into hiding and lost a lot of the spark we saw in her when it was just us. After a lot of consideration, we decided that our house simply isn’t a good fit for her and want to give her a chance to enjoy living somewhere hopefully dog and small kid free.

🐾 Meet Kitten — A Sweet Senior Cat Looking for Her Forever Home ❤️ Kitten is a 10-year-old sweetheart who has been a beloved part of our family for nearly her entire life. We rescued her as a feral one-year-old, and she became the sweetest and most affectionate cats we have ever known. Kitten loves cuddles, belly rubs, and curling up in your lap. She gets along well with other cats and is a wonderful companion. She is shy around small children and larger animals, so she would be happiest in a quiet, loving home Sadly, our young son is terribly allergic to cats, and because of this, Kitten isn't getting the attention and companionship she deserves. We love her dearly, and making the decision to rehome her is difficult, but we believe she deserves a home where she can once again receive all the love and affection she has to give. Kitten has given our family nine wonderful years of love. We hope to find someone who will cherish her and give her a loving home for the years ahead.
