Story
This is Milo! he is 6 years old. He was my aunts cat, she passed away a couple months ago and I need to find him a forever home. I can’t afford to care for him long term and I want to find him a place where he will be loved and taken care of:) he is a very loving cat with a funny personality. He loves playing with his toys, relaxing, and just being a great little companion. I wish I could keep him but he deserves the best life possible!

Story
She is just to high maintenance for us right now. She comes with another cat named Jinx She needs regular litter She wont Barry using pellets. She loves laying under quilted blankets, heaters, and shes very cuddle when not being a cat. She comes with her sister seen in one of the photos Shes incredible sweet and playful She marked in out house before we could get he spayed so now she keeps doing it in that spot ( this being one of the problems we have) If shes not played with She will act up normally finding something to play with eating flowers or just being a cat. She loves the liquid treats She and her sister comes with two cat towers two litter boxes remaining litter and food, many toys electric and otherwise, beds. Shes needs space and someone who would be able to properly care for her. Jinx is her sister, shes very loveing to but gets really stimulated quickly. And honestly is what Im worried about. There will be another post for her.

Story
Jinx is one of two cats we need to be adopted. She is fantastic with Cara her sister but takes time to get used to other animals. She thinks electronics are the devil. She takes time to adapt to new situations and environments and animals. She talks back and will let you know her opinion. She really is a great cat we just cant care for her or sister anymore. She loves to play with hair ties and lasers she will play with other toys but will primarily stalk the toy you are using to play with normally its her sister that goes crazy. The beginning will be difficult with her due to her nor likeing change but after a month or so she will be fine hopefully with her sister it should be smother. She and her sister loves wet food and liquid treats. She will cuddle and sit at the foot of the bed when comfortable. Shell let you know shes getting over stimulated when her tale starts flicking.

Story
Stryker was adopted as a kitten and is a loving 11 year old boy. He is incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle although still enjoys to play. Stryker is affectionate towards children but is needing to be rehoused due to the stress of a new baby in the home. He is fully litter trained and fairly low maintenance. Never aggressive and does not bite or scratch. His parents are hoping to find a new family for him that will give him the love and affection he deserves.

Story
Buster is approximately 12 years old and is very friendly to people and loves to get attention and affection. He’s a lap kitty and occasional bedtime snuggler. He has been with me for over ten years. We are making the difficult decision to rehome him because 1) he doesn’t get along with our other senior cat and the aggression is getting worse every day and 2) we have our second child on the way and are simply outgrowing our home. We really need to find someone who will love him in his final years and give him the care and attention he wants and deserves. I wish that could still be us.

Story
DOB: 12/26/2024 Meet Orlando Orlando is a handsome, shy boy with gorgeous markings who blossoms once he gets to know you. With patience and love, he’ll become your best friend—rolling around, reaching out for you, and hopping into your lap the moment you sit down. Orlando is a total snuggle bug who also loves playtime, especially chasing his favorite toy: the laser! He gets along wonderfully with his siblings but is very easygoing and loves cuddles. Orlando is bonded with his sister Ophelia, a beautiful tortie, and they must be adopted together to continue their special sibling bond. Sometimes, the shy ones are the sweetest, and Orlando is proof of that! Adoption Fee: $125 (kitten under 12 months) 📄 Fill out an application to meet Orlando and Ophelia: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat 📧 Email: silvertonrescue@gmail.com About Silverton Cat Rescue Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Story
Meet Denali – Professional Snuggler Extraordinaire Hi, I’m Denali! I’m a certified lap-warmer and highly experienced purr-therapy specialist. My hobbies include fetch, quiet meowing, supervising household activities from under your feet and providing on-demand affection. I’m looking for a forever home with folks who enjoy calm evenings and a warm lap. If you or your kids are looking for a loyal shadow following them from room to room, Dan is your man. Bathroom? I’m right behind you. Kitchen? I’ll inspect. Bedroom? I’ll be there if you will. My Qualifications: • Expert-level cuddling skills • Strong purr motor (excellent stress relief) • Low-maintenance entertainment • Professional biscuit-maker If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted companion who takes cuddling and affection seriously, I may be your perfect match. Apply within. Lap required. PLEASE READ Adoption Fees: • $100 for adults (12+ months) • $125 for kittens (under 12 months) All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines. We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets. Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home. Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized. Adoption Requirements To ensure safe and compatible placements, we require: • A completed adoption application • A home visit Apply here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat Email: silvertonrescue@gmail.com or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information.
