Story
We were shopping at a little Antique Mall/Mercantile in Howe, TX about 2 months ago and this cat who we named Penny was there and was acting so sweet and hungry. The lady who works there said that she had been around there for several months. She would let her in the shop during the day but put her out when it was time to close for the evening. So we thought we would foster her and get her some vet visits and spayed so that she would be ready for a new home. We already have 4 other cats in our house. (19yrs,16yrs, 4yrs, 2yrs) We took Penny to the vet in Melissa for her first shot and they told us that she was pregnant and the ultrasound showed only one kitten. Her kitten is now almost weaned so we will keep it but Penny does not like our 3 sweet male cats. We have to keep her separated in one room. She likes to go outside and lay on the porch in the sun! She is litter box trained. She loves to sit in your lap and get all the attention! The vet thinks she's between 1-2yrs old.

Story
We got our cat from a friend he found him in his back yard. We have been fostering him for about two-three years. He was only a couple of months old when we got him. Since we moved to a small place there is not much room for him to be around. He can be timid at the begging but will warm up to you in time. He likes laying on pillows and likes sleeping next to you. He’s very sweet and lovable!

Meet Ginger – Our Laid-Back Senior Cat Looking for a Peaceful Home 🐾 We’re heartbroken to share that we’re looking for a new home for our beloved cat, Ginger. He’s 11 years old and has been a cherished part of our family. Ginger is the definition of chill—he’s incredibly laid back, gentle, and loves nothing more than lounging in a sunny spot and enjoying a good meal. We recently welcomed a newborn, and it’s been hard to give Ginger the attention and calm space he needs. He truly thrives in a low-stress, peaceful home—and most importantly, he wants to be the only pet. Ginger doesn’t do well sharing space with other animals and prefers to have his humans all to himself. What Ginger is looking for: A quiet, pet-free home Someone who appreciates a mellow, food-loving cat A warm spot to nap and a calm presence to keep him company Words that describe Ginger: 🌞 Relaxed 🍽 Food-loving 🛋 Independent 😴 Chill 🐾 Affectionate (in a low-key way)

Story
Smokey and ginger are the best cats in the world! I am so sad to look for a new home for them. They are amazing with the whole family! I want them to find a home together because they have always been together! Someone I knew found their mother pregnant on the street and took them in three years ago and we decided to keep these cool cats! They love to play together and cuddle their humans! Smokey is the gray male cat and ginger is the orange female cat. Ginger is more timid but still very loving towards the whole family she just has her favorite! Smokey loves the whole family and will cuddle anybody in the fam. They both don’t like visitors and do take time to get used to new people. Smokey is the more playful one, ginger only really plays with Smokey.

Story
Hi, I'm Lucy! I'm 7 months old and am bonded with my brother Leo. My foster mom got me from one of her elderly neighbors that was moving and could sadly not keep me and my brother because his fiancée has allergies. I am litter box trained, up to date on my shots, neutered, and am a very healthy and happy kitty! I am affectionate, playful, curious, and would love to be your lap kitty. I love forehead kisses and love being close to my human! I am good with other cats but dogs are scary, so I would prefer to not have them in the house! My foster mom unfortunately cannot keep me and my brother because her 2 resident cats like being queens of the household. Her resident cats are happy being the only kitties in the house! My brother and I would make a great addition to your family and are ready to find our furever home! If you would like to meet Lucy and her brother, please reach out!

Story
Kitten is a unique cat, she has a lot of personality, and she is beautiful. She is 4 years old, declawed in front, we originally adopted her as a baby from Richardson Animal shelter. She gets along well with our other older cat and dog (Boston Terrier). She is very playful still, entertains herself - loves stuffed animals. Runs around and reminds us of a monkey in the evenings because she curls her tail into a circle. She eats prescription food, currently Royal Canin for urinary crystals, and needs to remain on RX food. I need to rehome her because I am a single mom and simply took on too much, my older cat is also on prescription food and our dog also has health issues, I am in over my head. I think Kitten would be more suited to a calm household. She needs to be indoor only due to declaw.

Story
He is shy at first, but once he knows you, he is very friendly and affectionate. He warms up best with someone patient who gives him time to feel safe. Vetting: neuter and up to date on shots Reason for rehoming: Not a good match with my dogs I want him to go to a good, stable home where he can feel safe and loved. If you’re interested, please message me and tell me a little about your home and experience with cats. I’m happy to answer questions.
