Story
Bruce will be 6 in November. He has lived a big life, moving with me from Canada to Texas, to North Carolina, and back to Texas. Through it all, he has remained the same special boy, playful, endlessly curious, and convinced that every person he meets is a potential friend. He has always been brave and adventurous with animals. He loves watching birds and squirrels from the window, talking to them as if they know he’s there. When he’s feeling his best, he’s incredibly affectionate and happiest snuggled close by.Last year Bruce was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis. He currently takes Atopica orally once a day and will need ongoing veterinary care as his future family continues to work with their vet to manage his allergies. He loves routine, and stability, needs someone who can pay close attention to changes in his skin and comfort. This is the hardest decision I have had to make. With work, travel and ongoing vet visits, I can no longer give him the consistency and care he deserves.

Story
Relocated to Texas from Arizona. Living with my daughter who is very allergic to cats. She is so sweet. Loves to look out windows. She has a very quiet meow. She will give you lots of love. When you get her home please give her 3 or 4 days to adjust. Try not to force her letting you pet her. She needs time to adjust to her new surroundings. I have many of the items you will need to adopt her. Once again…many new cat owners who are adopting older cats need to realize that your cat will come around …if you need more information I can help you.

Story
We've had Millie for about a year and a half. We adopted her from the East Lake Cat Care Center in Dallas several weeks after she was born. One of our kids has recently been diagnosed with a cat allergy. We've tried everything, but their symptoms haven't improved enough for us to keep her safely in the home. This is not a decision we've made lightly, and we want to make sure Millie goes a loving home. A bit about her: spayed, up-to-date on all shots/vaccinations, microchipped, litter-trained, good with kids/other pets (after an acclimation period), no known medical conditions, currently taking regular preventative heartworm medication. She can be a little slow to warm up to new environments, but once she's had time to adjust, she's very loving and affectionate. She's an expert fly catcher and isn't afraid to speak her mind. And she most certainly will let you know when it's feeding time.

Story
This pet came from a small Irving animal shelter! Nora is 2 years old and is a large cat with bursts of energy! She spends most of her time lazing around and looking out the window, she is an independent cat that keeps to herself. She needs to be rehoused as some of the residents of the home she currently resides in is unfortunately allergic to cats.

Story
My mom needs to move to an assisted living facility and they will not allow pets. We would take ChiChi but we have too many pets already. She’s so sweet and loving. She is a lap cat who loves pets and chilling. My mom adopted her after she had a litter of kittens. She has been spayed and well taken care of. She had crystals in her urine so is supposed to take a urinary tract food.

Story
Kiyo was adopted together with his best friend, Zeytoon, when they were 8 months old, and they have been inseparable ever since. They are incredibly well bonded, love to play together, and are both very social.Kiyo is male and 26 months and he is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats you could ever meet. He has a gentle, loving personality and gets along wonderfully with people. He’ll happily follow you from room to room, curl up next to you at bedtime, and fall asleep purring by your side. He truly enjoys being close to his family and makes an amazing companion. If you’re looking for a kind, friendly, and loyal cat with a wonderful temperament, Kiyo is the perfect match.

Story
My name is Snowflake and I need a savior. I was adopted as a kitten (with my sister) almost 6 years ago. After 5 years my guardians made the difficult decision to return me to the rescue because my siblings and I were no longer getting along. I was scared and confused and sad my humans had sent me away. I spent the first 9 months in two different foster homes where they showed me so much love and attention, and always had a lap for me to lay in. Sadly, due to family allergies, I had to leave my foster home and enter boarding. That's where I remain today. I'm not fond of it here. They are very nice to me, and I have plenty of food in my belly, but I miss being able to run and play and sun myself in the window like I am used to. I was once quite the confident diva, sass and all, but the longer I'm here, the more withdrawn and depressed I become. I miss my humans so much. My perfect savior would be patient with me as I reacclimate back into a quiet, home environment with no small children. Prior to boarding I thought I would be best as an only kitty, but now maybe I could tolerate an older, senior cat if they would be nice to me. I might even enjoy a doggie sibling if they were the chill sort. I'm not sure, I've never been around one. I'm dealing with some allergies right now, but they have me on special food and eye drops and I'm getting much better. Please look at my photos and see what a loving, biscuit making, lap kitty I can be! Did I mention my beautiful, chiseled bone structure? I just need someone to believe in me and give me a chance! Will that person be you?

Story
To meet this kitten, please text 214 621 1139. Meet Stella who is one of three tuxedo kittens that are so identical in looks that even the foster mom gets confused as to who is who. Stella and her siblings were rescued from a narrow ledge outside where their mother deposited them after birth. They laid around outside for at least a week with no one offering to help. Thank goodness, the current foster mom could not take the heartache of knowing they might not make it outside and went to fetch them. Now, they are repaying her kindness with all kinds of mischievous behavior and eating everything in her pantry. Stella is described as being more cautious than her rambunctious siblings. She loves to be around other animals and she is very athletic and playful. March 10, 2026, 8:09 pm

Story
To meet this kitten, please text 214 621 1139. Soma is the sweet tortie kitten with the sad, sad eyes. She uses her sad little face to earn extra snacks and kisses from her foster home. Don't let this cute little poseur fool you, she is all kitten energy and has an adorable tortie attitude that is simply delightful. She came from a litter of four kittens that look all different from each other in every way. Little Soma is quite unique looking and her gorgeous chocolate brown /orange colors will deepen as she gets older. Torties always come into full color bloom as they get older. Come meet her and her equally gorgeous siblings. March 10, 2026, 8:09 pm
