Story
We got our cat from a friend he found him in his back yard. We have been fostering him for about two-three years. He was only a couple of months old when we got him. Since we moved to a small place there is not much room for him to be around. He can be timid at the begging but will warm up to you in time. He likes laying on pillows and likes sleeping next to you. He’s very sweet and lovable!

Story
Meet Ginger – Our Laid-Back Senior Cat Looking for a Peaceful Home 🐾 We’re heartbroken to share that we’re looking for a new home for our beloved cat, Ginger. He’s 11 years old and has been a cherished part of our family. Ginger is the definition of chill—he’s incredibly laid back, gentle, and loves nothing more than lounging in a sunny spot and enjoying a good meal. We recently welcomed a newborn, and it’s been hard to give Ginger the attention and calm space he needs. He truly thrives in a low-stress, peaceful home—and most importantly, he wants to be the only pet. Ginger doesn’t do well sharing space with other animals and prefers to have his humans all to himself. What Ginger is looking for: A quiet, pet-free home Someone who appreciates a mellow, food-loving cat A warm spot to nap and a calm presence to keep him company Words that describe Ginger: 🌞 Relaxed 🍽 Food-loving 🛋 Independent 😴 Chill 🐾 Affectionate (in a low-key way)

Story
We got Ash from the Oklahoma animal while we were there for school. Ash is playful and still energetic for being 10 years old. Ash loves to cuddle. He’s an indoor cat. We are moving and have a little one, so feel bad that we can’t give our cats (we have 3 altogether) the attention they deserve.

Story
I found this kitty stray in the neighborhood and need help rehoming her! She’s a sweet girl but she does seem sick or injured. She’s eating and drinking fine and probably just needs extra love and care. I can’t keep her for very long, but I want to make sure she goes to a loving home.

Story
Meet Panda! Panda is a lovable and huggable tabby. She a big girl so there is more of her to love and she has lots of love to give. She is a little shy, but once she gets to know you, she is sweet and loves human companionship. She enjoys pets and cuddles. She can also be nudged into playing a bit. In her foster home, she is indifferent toward the other cats. She will likely do well in a home with another friendly kitty. She would also likely do well as an only kitty getting all the attention. If you are looking for a pair, several of her kittens are also available for adoption. Panda was a neighborhood kitty that was brought to TPP by a concerned neighbor just days before she had kittens. Once she enjoyed the finer points of being an indoor kitty, she had no desire to return to being a neighborhood kitty - she is not even interested in exploring the catio at her foster home. DOB: 07/01/2022 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Story
Meet Tarzan! Tarzan is a stunning orange tabby girl — a rare beauty with a silky short coat and the sweetest expression. She’s a strong, confident lady with a soft side who loves gentle back scratches and cozy nap spots. Her fur feels like velvet, and she’s happiest lounging near her people or chatting softly to get your attention. Tarzan is affectionate but independent — she’s the perfect match for someone looking for a calm, low-maintenance companion. She adjusts easily to your energy level and enjoys being near you without needing constant attention. She loves playtime, especially with a variety of toys, but also appreciates quiet moments and sunny windowsills. Tarzan would do well as the only cat or in a home with one or two calm feline friends. She can get a bit overstimulated sometimes, so a peaceful environment is best for her. Once she settles in, she becomes a loyal companion who thrives on consistency, warmth, and love. Rescued as a tiny kitten from a tree with her sister Jane, Tarzan has been an indoor cat ever since and is ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and adored. DOB: 5/23/2019 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. Story
Hi, my name is Amber and I am looking for my forever, loving family. I am shy at first, but after giving me some time to warm up, I love to play with toys and nap on cat trees. I am affectionate and appreciate being pet softly. I love to look out the windows and birdwatch. Having can food for breakfast is what I look forward to every morning. I have perfect litter box manners. I would do best in a home with older, respectful children. I will do well with other friendly cats after a proper introduction. I love kids that respect my need for time alone when I want it. I am only 2 years old, but sometimes my foster mom tells me I act like an old lady. When Mazie’s Mission rescued her, she was very thin and had unexplained hair loss on one of her paws. She was very loving but has clearly been neglected for a while. She has since put on a healthy weight and is thriving! She is spayed, microchipped, combo text negative, and fully vaccinated! If you are interested in adopting her, please let us know by applying at www.maziesmission.org/adopt
