Meet Panda! Panda is a lovable and huggable tabby. She a big girl so there is more of her to love and she has lots of love to give. She is a little shy, but once she gets to know you, she is sweet and loves human companionship. She enjoys pets and cuddles. She can also be nudged into playing a bit. In her foster home, she is indifferent toward the other cats. She will likely do well in a home with another friendly kitty. She would also likely do well as an only kitty getting all the attention. If you are looking for a pair, several of her kittens are also available for adoption. Panda was a neighborhood kitty that was brought to TPP by a concerned neighbor just days before she had kittens. Once she enjoyed the finer points of being an indoor kitty, she had no desire to return to being a neighborhood kitty - she is not even interested in exploring the catio at her foster home. Meet Ellie! Ellie is a beautiful Torbie with amazing orange and tan highlands. She has the sweet face and the kindest eyes. Ellie is an amazing and sweeet kitty. She loves to spend time with her foster family. She enjoys lots of pets and being brushed. She will sit next to you or in your lap enjoying all the attention. Ellie is looking for a home where she can spend her day sunning by the window and cuddling on the couch. Ellie appeared one day at our warehouse looking for food. We could tell that she was going to have kittens anytime. Not wanting the kittens to be born in the storm drain, we spent hours attempting to trap her. Meet Enola and Elenore! Enola and Elenore are the best tabby pair ever. They are mother/daughter duo. Enola is smaller and has darker spots on her grey coat. Elenore is a bigger girl, she is lighter with the most striking markings similar to a Bengal. These two can frequently be found sleeping in the same bed in the sweet cuddles. Enola frequently holds Elenore tight and baths her. Enola loves to be in on the action. She has a bed on the desk, so she doesn't miss out on any pets. She loves belly rubs and to be brush. If you don't brush her in the right spot, she will nudge the brush to the right place. She frequently greets visitors for pets. Elenore loves to be petted. She will get at waist level and nudge with head until she gets the pets she needs. She will follow you around to from room to room to make sure she doesn't miss out on any attention. They will both play with the laser pointer and feather toys if given the opportunity, but the reality is they would rather nap, gets pets or eat treats. Both love treats maybe a little to much. Meet Mirringa! Mirringa is a beautiful brown tabby with a soft coat and an even softer heart. She loves playtime—especially chasing after a laser pointer or wand toy—and she’ll gladly soak up belly rubs whenever you offer them. While she can be a sweet lap cat and enjoys affection, she also values her space and can be a bit territorial around unfamiliar cats. She gets along well with her brother and would thrive in a home where she gets the love and attention she deserves (and maybe a laser pointer or two!). Meet Puss n Boots (Boots)! Boots is a big, handsome tabby tuxedo boy with a soft heart and a very laid-back personality. At 14 pounds, he is a substantial boy with a muscular build, round face and body, and wonderfully soft, poofy fur. His dark brown stripes and white paws and chest make him quite the handsome fellow. Boots is incredibly sweet, but he is also a little reserved and shy. He loves attention and cuddles, but he is much too shy to actually ask for them. Instead, he will give you that long, longing stare that says, "I would really like to be petted now," and patiently wait for you to figure it out. This boy loves to sleep and is especially happy curled up in cozy, den-like spaces. He also enjoys looking out the window and finding a sunny spot to stretch out and soak up some rays. Boots may be shy and reserved, but he isn't afraid of much. He just isn't quite ready to admit that he really does want all the attention. Boots was rescued from an apartment complex colony. His rescuer cared for him but unfortunately was no longer able to continue taking care of him, so Boots came to us and is now looking for a forever home of his own. Boots would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, cuddly, easygoing cat. He is good with children, dogs, and other cats, and would be perfectly happy spending his days napping, sunning himself, and quietly supervising his humans. Meet Wolfie! A spirited one-year-old Domestic Short Hair currently in Austin, TX, who started out as a tiny gas station kitten and grew into one of the most affectionate, funny and devoted cats you could hope to meet! Wolfie loves her people completely. She curls up in your arms, rides around over your shoulder, and follows you from room to room just to be part of whatever you are doing. At night she sleeps pressed against you, and in the morning she licks you gently awake until you take the hint that it is breakfast time! She is playful, talkative and endlessly curious. She answers to her name with a soft little "mrow," as if she is holding up her end of the conversation. She loves wand toys, hide-and-seek, birdwatching, and, inexplicably, watching the toilet flush. Wolfie also loves having animal friends. She has lived with both cats and dogs and will play with them, cuddle beside them and even groom them. She has a big personality packed into a little tabby body: confident, sometimes bossy, playful and deeply loving! Wolfie is a special-needs kitty, and if your household fits the bill, she may be a wonderful match. She has feline hyperesthesia (FHS), a neurological condition that causes episodes of overstimulation and requires daily medication and some extra care. Her family has learned something encouraging along the way. Her environment makes an enormous difference, and her FHS is far more manageable when she has the things she needs. Her ideal home is one where she has a secure catio or another safe way to spend plenty of time outdoors. Outdoor time has made the single biggest difference for her and has dramatically reduced her episodes. She also does best with at least one friendly cat or dog for companionship, since she genuinely thrives around other animals, and in a household of two or more people, ideally with someone who works from home or is otherwise home much of the day. Her medication is given two to three times a day and is simple to administer, mixed right into her food! Her daily routine is refreshingly straightforward: breakfast and medication in the morning, then plenty of time lounging outside in the catio while the weather allows, with her humans and animal friends nearby. These are not simply preferences for Wolfie. When she is indoors for long stretches without enough stimulation or companionship, her episodes become more frequent. With regular outdoor time, animal companionship and a predictable routine, the difference in how well she does is remarkable! Wolfie needs a little more than the average cat, and she gives so much in return. She is the kind of cat who wants to sleep pressed against you, greet you at the door, answer when you call her name and make herself part of your everyday life. Looking for a family with other fur babies and/or someone to spend time with Soni. She is a 6mo old orange tabby cat….very playful and loving. I have had her for 4 months and absolutely loved having her around. My work travel schedule is becoming quite challenging and is causing separation anxiety in her. There is no one else in the area I can ask to take care of her in my absence. She comes with litter box, bed, toys, food and water dispenser, and some supplies. $100 rehoming fee.
