Goldie is 5 years old and an indoor cat. She’s a very loving sweet cat. She doesn’t meow and just likes to sleep next to you on the couch. She also loves for her belly to be rubbed. She gets along great with cats, dogs and children.?My daughter has become very allergic to our cats and we must rehome her immediately. We are also needing to rehome her brother and is also listed.

Story
Hi everyone, I rescued my dear little kitten from a sewage near by back in September. His mom is a stray cat who gave birth to a pack of 5, he survived heavy rains when he was just weeks old before I adopted him. I got him home and fed him well (now he has a big belly!). He is now 3 months old, litter trained & really love being pet. I love him so much that writing this post is making me cry, but I need some loving cat parents to take him in — since I am moving across states soon do to unexpected job change. I really need a loving home for him and hope to stay in touch here and there. I just want loving cat parents who can feed him well and play with him - give him the care he deserves. Please let me know if you love cats and is interested!

Story
Meet Puck &#194&#150 A Handsome Boy Looking for a Quiet, Patient Home Hello, my name is Puck! I am an 8-year-old male Domestic Short Hair who weighs approximately 13 lbs. My previous owners could no longer care for me, so I was surrendered to Rockwall Adoptions in hopes of finding my forever home. I'm a sweet boy, but I'm also a bit reserved and need time to adjust to new environments and people. I'll do best in a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that I may need a little patience as I settle in. Due to my temperament, I am not recommended for homes with children under the age of 13 and I will need to be the only pet in the home. My adoption fee is $50. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies and FVRCP vaccine, and Fiv/Felv negative. If you're interested in making me part of your family, please submit an adoption application at https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ . Once your application is received, RAC staff will schedule meet and greets with approved adopters.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. November 5, 2025, 3:27 pm

Story
Hello! My name is Acorn, and I'm a sweet 2-year-old Domestic Medium Hair weighing about 8 lbs. I was brought to the Rockwall Adoption Center after a kind citizen found me but was unable to continue caring for me. Now, I'm hoping to find a calm, loving home to call my own. I'm a gentle guy who would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved. I haven't shared a home with other animals before, so that will be a new experience for me as I continue to adjust and grow more confident. I'm currently eating dry cat food and doing well with litter box training. My adoption fee is $50. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies and FVRCP vaccine, and FIV/Felv negative. If you're looking for a quiet companion with a soft heart and even softer fur, I'd love to meet you!
