Add a little spice to your life with this active young hound boy! Mustard is engaging and friendly; he's very gentle when being petted but can be enthusiastic and jumpy when stimulated by new people and dogs. Dogs? He loves them all, big and small. He's going to be a great companion and would probably do best with older children. Mustard came to us from a rural shelter in Murray County, Geogia. He's about 2 yrs old and weighs about 55 lbs. Dorothy is a beautiful young hound, approximately 2 years old and 42 pounds, with a playful spirit who's still waiting for her forever family. She may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she learns to trust you, she's all about soaking up attention and mealtime is definitely her favorite part of the day! Dorothy needs to gain some weight, and we look forward to having her out of the boarding kennel where she's been staying and into a home where she can settle in. This energetic girl would thrive with an active family and a large, securely fenced yard where she can safely run, explore, and let out her signature hound voice. She'd do best with school-aged children who can match her enthusiasm. Dorothy is still learning the basics. Shell need help with potty training, leash manners, and positive reinforcement, but she's eager for someone willing to invest the time and patience she deserves. In return, you'll gain a loyal, fun-loving companion who just needed someone to believe in her. If you have the time, patience, and love to help Dorothy become the amazing dog she's meant to be, she'd love to meet you. Sweet 7 month old Cosmo is 45lbs of love, fun and companionship who is looking for his forever home and sure to make you laugh. He is a hound through and through, he can sniff and explore with the best of them! If you are in the market for a hiking buddy, this is your boy! Cosmo would love an active family who will take him exploring, and it would be a bonus for him if there was another family dog, Cosmo really loves having his foster brothers and sisters around! While he loves everyone he meets, his foster mom describes him as a "dog's dog", he is currently living with 5 dogs of all sizes and a cat. When he is not playing with his doggy buddies or on the trail of some great scent in the back yard, he is cuddled up with his people or in his favorite lounge chair with a bone. Cosmo does really like children but given his age and hound energy, we feel he is better suited to families with older children.
