Hi… I’m a 3- year-old hound mix with big, sad, soulful eyes that tell a story I’m still learning how to let go of. 💛I am a mom to ten puppies, and I take that job very seriously. I love them, protect them, and give them everything I have, like any good mother would. Now that they’re growing up, it’s my turn to find a family to care for me. I’ve learned to be careful with my heart. But once I know you’re my person, I love deeply and completely. I’ll stay close, watch you with my eyes, and soak up every bit of attention you give me.I should probably warn you—I’m a typical hound, which means I can be a little stubborn. If my nose catches an interesting scent, my ears might suddenly stop working 😉. I like doing things my way sometimes, but it’s all part of my charm, and I respond best to patience, consistency, and gentle guidance.I’m ready to trade in my mama duties for cozy naps, slow walks, and a family who sees me for the sweet, loyal girl I am.If you’re looking for a gentle heart to love and be loved by, I’m right here… waiting for my forever. 🐾❤️--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Lynn bonds deeply with her people and will love you unconditionally. Because she can be timid with new experiences, a home without small children would be the best fit for her. Lynn does wonderfully with other dogs and is currently fostered with two cats, who she happily ignores. Lynn loves to run and play outside, but she’s also perfectly content curling up on the couch for a cozy snooze. She is potty trained, kennel trained, and ready to find a patient family who will give her the time and love she needs to shine. Cricket is an energetic, young puppy with a beautiful, soft coat of fur. She is nearly house trained and can make it through the night and in her own room for extended periods of time without issue while her foster is away. She is very friendly with all ages of people she meets-- typically going right up to them with her tail wagging and ready to give them affectionate licks. She is good on walks as it gives her a chance to explore and check out everything. She is a bit hesitant when seeing other dogs at a distance, but gladly interacts with them once near enough. She gets along well with her fellow foster dog and the resident dog. She is fairly indifferent with the resident cats. When tired, she loves to cuddle near you and/or the other dogs. She almost innately learned to sit for food and treats, despite being super excited. She would be a great addition to any house. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. *Foster Home Needed* Poor Wren has gone through some big challenges in life. She was adopted as a puppy and has lived with another dog. Earlier in life she needed 2 acl surgeries (right and left leg), then more recently developed optic neuritis, which has caused her blindness. Blindness has caused Wren to be more reactive, aggressive and her owners have a new baby, so they feel like it is not safe to keep her. We are looking for a foster home or adoptive home for Wren. They are recommending no other dogs or children. If you have experience with dog vulnerability, reactivity and are sympathetic to her cause, please let us know. Wren is 9 years old and about 35 lbs.
