Story

I adopted Mazzy from a shelter in Ontario, CA, about one month ago. I saw a video of her on social media stating that she was going to be euthanized the next day if no one came for her. I went the next morning to adopt her to keep her from being killed. I love her very much. She is a sweet girl who loves to cuddle and play. Before adopting her, I asked the woman who posted the video if Mazzy is good with other dogs, and she said yes, which is why I was comfortable bringing her home. She is great with me, but not with my smaller dogs. I need to rehome her immediately somewhere with no other pets. She would thrive in an environment where she is the only pet. This was not an easy decision, but for the safety of my other dogs, I need to separate them ASAP. She would also benefit from a female owner. She doesn’t warm up to men easily. She can have a male in the house as long as there is a primary female owner. She is a good girl who deserves love and a great home where she can thrive.
