Dakota is a handsome name, kind of a "rugged" kind of name, right?? I am kind of a REFINED RUGGED kind of boy! For instance, I am a busy boy, I love playing and running with my doggy friends, however, I can lay at your feet very sweetly to beg for your attention. I am kind of like a "reverse" planter as well. I mean, you plant it and i will un-plant it for you :D I won't do it often, just when I want your attention and I am outside alone. So see?? you have great control over that urge! So I am a food and toy lover too, I eat out of a slow feeder bowl because wolfing down my food is not an option! I am learning all things toys and am actually learning how to bring the ball BACK after you throw it. I am a smart and very sweet boy. I do absolutely have a prey drive so no kitties for small furry mammals around me please. I am fully potty trained and great in a crate. Now i just need you to adopt me to complete my circle of life. Now, before you go all "Lion King" on me, just know that I will be your bestest buddy forever!! This sweet boy just wants to be close to his people—snuggled up at your side, soaking in all the love he can get. He’s perfectly content relaxing in the yard and doesn’t require a lot of activity to stay happy, though he does enjoy adventure walks, squeaky toys, belly rubs, and anything food-related! Rowan is eager to please and easy to train, making him a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates his loyal and affectionate nature. Like most Akitas, he’s a natural guardian—deeply devoted and protective once he bonds with his people. Because of this, Rowan would do best in a home without small children, as young kids seem to make him nervous and he has barked at some while out walking. Bought him as a un papered purebred, if it is a real issue I have the breeders contact and they are willing to sign off on AKC registration. I bought him 3 years ago as a puppy and he’s been a cool friend since . Poseidon is 3 years old and loves outdoors. He can serve as a great active friend but he is not suited for a quiet and calm household. He is best suited for active adventurous family’s or Atleast family’s that can provide him a backyard and playtime . We used to have a house and then moved to an apartment and work a lot more . He needs a family that gives him the attention and space he deserves . He would love to be with other dogs and kids . He gets along with every dog at the park and gets along really well with our 1 year old.
