Top of the mornin' to ya! It's me Mullen, the most pleasant lad you'll ever meet! You don't hear about many Irish Siberian Huskies now do ya? But, here I am! With my ginger-red coat I am the talk of the town, however, I can only be adopted in my town because I am kind of an anxious kind of fellow. I love other dogs and must be adopted with another calm/confident dog please. My new owners need to be patient and great at building confidence in me, as I never was loved on as a pup so I am still nervous with new people and in new situations. However, I am very smart and learn quickly!! Some basic information about Mullen; he is male, Siberian Husky mix, and expected to be medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Isn’t this boy ABSOLUTELY STUNNING?! Diego has waited quite a while for a foster or forever home! He is a 2-3-year-old Siberian Husky weighing about 55 pounds. He is a very happy and friendly boy who spends his days playing with other dogs in the play yard! Diego is your typical silly and active husky, needing a family that can keep him properly exercised. He is so loving, sweet, and intelligent! He has already learned some basic obedience from his time at the rescue. Diego enjoys time with his people and would make a great adventure buddy! He is good with other dogs but prefers females most of the time. Diego is also an awesome playmate! His preferred forever home would have another female dog around his size so they could tucker each other out. He could, however, be an only dog with continued doggie socialization and play dates. He is not tested with cats. Diego is on the waitlist to be neutered and will be neutered before adoption. He is UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Kobe! He is a 7-month-old, 25lb, husky mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA. He is sweet, playful, and a great running partner! He would do best in an active household that will take him hiking, running, on long walks, and any other high energy activities. He walks well on leash and could benefit from some basic obedience training. We recommend a household with dog savvy children as he is still mouthy. He is treat motivated, which is great for training purposes. Kobe requires a home that will continue his dog socialization as he is getting confidence around other dogs. He does have some leash reactivity to higher energy dogs, but seems to do well with small and submissive dogs. Kobe is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Give a warm welcome to Ola! She is a sweet, fun, active, 4-month-old Siberian Husky puppy who came to us from Louisiana in search of a better life. She is an active girl and will need an adopter who is committed to keeping her active. Since she is still a puppy, she will need a forever home that has an area to frequently take her out for potty breaks and will be committed to obedience training and everything that a puppy needs. She loves other dogs and would love to be in a home with another dog to help show her the ropes as she grows up, or a home that has other dogs in their friend/family circle for her to socialize with. We would love to see her go to a home with a fenced yard, no apartments or city life for her. Ola is UTD on vaccinations and will be microchipped and spayed prior to adoption. Her adoption fee is $500.

Jesse was born on a farm and was rehomed to me when she was 3 years old. She is currently 8 years old and her birthday is September 7th making her a Virgo. We’ve had an amazing life together. She has recently had one of her eyes removed. She has not changed a bit since the operation. Other than a permanent wink, she is very happy and healthy. Her temperament is very calm. She loves hikes but loves walks around the city just as much. Jesse is the perfect dog to take on adventures and the perfect cuddle companion.

Story
Aqua is a three year old Alaskan Malamute born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He is extremely friendly and loving towards people, even strangers on the street. Currently, he is known as "the neighborhood's dog" since all of the kids in the neighborhood have played with him since he was a puppy. The only thing he loves more than people is bananas. No seriously, if given the choice between meat and bananas, he would choose bananas immediately. Like all snow dogs, he has both strength and stamina to keep up with an active owner. Luckily, his favorite hobby is napping around the house all day. An ideal adopter would be someone who can go on daily walks with him and have a lively household. He wants nothing more than just being with his humans. An extra bonus would be a sufficiently large backyard for him to explore and sniff.

Story
*hair blowing in the wind (even though she's indoors)* *unexplained sparkles in the air* *faint heavenly music* Yes, she is me. Chloe. Now that you are blinded by my beauty, let me explain why I am the absolute best girl on the inside too and so deserving of your (and everyone's) undivided adoration. I'm loyal, smart as a whip, and FUN, just to name a few. Unfortunately, I didn't come from the most glamorous beginnings. I was an outdoor doggy with not much interaction from birth and my family also left me behind when they moved. Thus, I wasn't really brought up interacting with you humans or being touched/handled. I've had my quirks while adjusting to being a family dog and will definitely need someone patient and understanding with me. (If you get too touchy right away, I don't like that and will try to protect myself.) However, if you are slow and gain my trust I will HANG on your every move. I have adjusted very quickly in the past with proper introductions to people. Even still, I would probably do best in a home without young children. I'm a lady after all and need time to sniff you out before you get grabby. I am an active girl and love to feel the wind in my hair outdoors too. I run with the speed of light and have a prey drive to sniff out bugs, lizards and more. I also love to play tug of war and fetch with my foster mommy inside. I bounce, bounce, bounce all the time! I am great on leash so walks and hikes would be great for me. Getting my energy out will help me focus on training too. I am very smart and learn quickly, but tend to lose interest if I'm still chock full of go, go, go!! With all of this perfection, all of your pet needs should be fulfilled, right? RIGHT? I hope so because I would do great as an only pet in the home. I have been able to co-exist with dogs at the rescue but I am a bit of a diva in my foster home. I have a domineering personality sometimes and will even mark like a male when I come across another dog's scent in my house. How dare they??? Existing? HERE? (She is otherwise house trained.) Considering that you and I know each other a little better now, you may pet me. Yes, I am very soft, I know. Please keep in mind that I am a Chow/shepherd mix and have hair that will require brushing, maybe even the occasional spa treatment, Swedish massage, 24k gold facials...yeahhhhhhhhhh.... Sorry! I forgot you were here. In all seriousness, once I trust you, I will allow you to brush me out without much fuss. It doesn't need to be daily but I am a rough and tumble kinda gal and can use help keeping my locks flowing and free. I also shed so if I seem to be losing my girlish figure, it's probably just extra hair that needs to be brushed off. I hope you have a strong vacuum. ;) I could go on for days about myself, but I'll stop here. Don't wanna overwhelm you. If you think you are up for the challenge of a total spitfire like me, please feel free to send in an application and foster mommy can tell you more about all of the grandeur that is...CHLOE. Adoption application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/GDR/Dog Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
