She is gentle, well mannered, and loves greeting her people with tippity taps and happy tail wags. She has perfect indoor manners and has not had any accidents in her foster home. Her recall is outstanding and she comes running the moment she hears her name. Sana enjoys hanging out and relaxing but also lights up when you are ready to play. Her play style is respectful and she can go from excited to calm in an instant, often settling in for kisses and a nap.She loves toys, tug of war, and proudly showing off her squeaky treasures. On walks she does great with a front clip harness and is easily redirected with treats if she spots a dog or squirrel. Sana is adventurous and confident, once even sliding down a playground slide just to explore. She sleeps quietly through the night, travels calmly in the car after a little encouragement to hop in, and greets her people with endless affection. Sana is an amazing dog who adapts beautifully to the energy around her and is more than ready for a loving home.The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday and all holidays.From Foster Care (out of shelter):Put the name of the dog(s) and animal ID in the Subject Line of a new email. In the body of the email please include your contact information, including address and phone number, which dog(s) you are showing interest in.
