Story
Sugar is an energetic pup almost a year old. We have four children and three under three and realized that it’s just too much for us at this time. She has a big yard now and love to run and play all day with the kids. She’s rambunctious so smaller children isn’t ideal. She’s never been around cats. She’s good with other dogs!

Age: 9 months Weight: 60lbs Good with dogs? No Good with cats? No Good with kids? Older Energy Level: Moderate Adoption Fee: Any other info: Meet Barrel. This beefy bully with a heart of gold is on the hunt for his very own forever family. Barrel, with his muscular build and eyes that hold both strength and vulnerability, is a true gentle giant with people but unfortunately was returned for fighting with the other dog in the home. His coat is a canvas of black spots on his white fur and he has sweet soulful eyes. Barrel dreams of finding a forever family—a place where he can be the sole star, soaking up love like sun on a summer day. Barrel is a loyal protector of his people and his loyalty runs deep. He’ll stand by your side, a silent guardian who’d move mountains to keep you safe. Barrel can also be a big teddy bear. Beneath his brawny exterior lies a heart as soft as marshmallow fluff. Barrel adores belly rubs and will lean into your touch, eyes half-closed in bliss. Barrel loves playtime. Tug-of-war, fetch, or a game of hide-and-seek—he’s up for it all. His tail wags like a metronome when he’s having fun. He would much rather spend his days soaking up the sun and playing with you, than in this shelter looking at the same four walls all the time. Barrel dreams of a loving home where he can stretch out on plush rugs and watch the world go by. He is basically just a pup and not even a year old yet. He thrives with adults who understand his breed. His loyalty will be unwavering, and he’ll be your confidant through thick and thin. He is incredibly smart, food motivated, and very trainable. Barrel is looking to be an only child meaning no young kids or other pets in the home, he prefers to be the solo act. He wants all the cuddles and attention for himself. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and kept on prevention with is. He is friendly, affectionate, vocal, and such a good boy who deserves a home of his own. With love and patience, Barrel will learn that the world can be kind. Imagine him curled up beside you, eyes half-closed, dreaming of walks in the park and a heart that beats just for him. If you’re ready for a beefy companion with a heart of gold, look no further, Barrel is waiting! https://form.jotform.com/201977724595065 Once your application is processed and approved, our adoptions team will reach out to schedule an in person meet and greet with Barrel. ------------------------------------------------ Our adoption fees include the pets spay or neuter, microchip, up to date vaccines, heartworm/tick disease testing and fecal check. Story
Lovelly was a 68th birthday gift from my then 15-year-old grand-neph-boo who told me that I "need a puppy to love". He was so right. Lovelly is a 2-year-old bully-mix. She is spayed and up to date with all immunizations. She is house-trained and notifies you when needing to go out. She can be very energetic, really inquisitive, loves treats and hugs. She gets along well with cats, children and puppies. I am now 70 years old, in declining health and somewhat disabled. I simply am not able to provide the type of life that Lovelly deserves. It has become increasingly difficult to walk or provide Lovelly with the type of attention and energetic exercise that she needs. She spends the majority of her time here with me underfoot. It is not the life a healthy dog deserves and I recognize that I simply cannot care for her in the manner she is entitled to. The older I get the more I recognize she should be around lively children and healthy adults. I want her with a loving family.

Story
Hello This is Anakin, he’s a sweetheart, a protector and he is one of the silliest dogs I’ve known, but Anakin and I have unfortunately become homeless a couple months ago. We’ve been at my family’s home recently. The landlord of my family members house informed us that no dogs can be on the property and the family member helping me out could face eviction. So I want to find somewhere to prevent that. I have no other options sadly what I can do is find him someone who can provide the life he needs. Anakin is House trained and vary rarely has mishaps when left alone when I go to work. He loves to sit next to you and chill and he gets so excited when you being out the treats a the toys. He knows how to sit, give his paw (shake), roll over and something I taught him called spin move when he jumps in the air and does a full spin. It’s such a good trick. Anakin would make for the perfect best friend for someone who has experience. He gets along with other dogs as well especially girls
