She loves hiking and running outside however her favorite spot is next to you. Rainy has her daily zooms, normally right before and after eating, each meal. DAISY MAE came to us after she bit her owner in the face. It was a one-time incident however the family was afraid of her after the incident. We were her last hope as an alternative to euthanasia. In our care, Daisy has befriended a couple of our volunteers and is sweet as pie. However, we don’t trust her completely, even with people she knows because she can’t control herself when she gets overstimulated. The original incident happened when they had moved into a new home and Daisy was over excited/stressed and a delivery man came to the door. Her mom attempted to put her into a crate and she resisted and jumped up alligator-style. We are committed to help Daisy even though we understand she may never find a forever home. For the present time being, we are her family and are continuing to try to help her make progress. We will accept applications from exceptional families who have dealt with similar dogs in the past successfully. Daisy needs to be an only pet and although she was fine with the children in her home, because of the bite she needs to be in an adult only home! Meet Willow: Willow is about an 18 month old (as of May 2026) american bulldog mix that weighs about 50 pounds. Willow was due to be euthanized the day we pulled her from a high kill shelter in AR. They had picked her up as a stray and since she wasn’t getting any interest, they were ready to make more room in the shelter for others. We are so thankful we got there in time to save this amazingly sweet girl! Willow is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Willow is one of the sweetest girls our experienced rescuer says she has ever met! Willow is very gentle, friendly and sweet. Willow is great with people and kids, as well as with both dogs and cats. Willow walks well on a leash and is both crate and house trained. Willow is going to make an amazing family pet. We would love for Willow to have a home with a fenced in yard for her to run and play freely. Willow is up to date on her shots and spayed.
