Hi, I’m Angus! I’m an 8-year-old Pocket American Bully mix weighing about 49 pounds, and I’ve still got plenty of personality to share. I love toys, soaking up attention, and hanging out with my people. I’m affectionate, confident, curious, and well-behaved, and I even know how to sit. Fair warning… I snore like a little motor when I sleep, so you’ll never have to wonder where I am! I’m selective about my dog friends, so slow introductions are best. I don’t do well with cats, and we’re not sure yet how I feel about kids. I can get excited on a leash and could use a little practice, but if you’re looking for a loyal buddy with a big heart and an even bigger personality, I just might be your perfect match.

Ruby Monday is a total love bug who was unfortunately dumped at a high-kill shelter when her previous family moved without her. She lives with many other dogs in her foster home and gets along well with everyone, except when someone gets into an altercation. She thinks she is supposed to end all spats, so we never leave her with the other dogs unattended. For this reason, she would do better in a home as an only furkid or with an experienced owner.Ruby loves humans of all sizes and ages. She is a cuddlebug who loves to go for car rides and walks. It is hard to believe she's a senior with her energy and happy, outgoing nature. It would be wonderful for any senior who wants a dog to spend retirement with them, and still give anyone who might want to cause trouble a reason to think twice because of her size and bark.She is fully vetted, current with her vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and on flea and tick, as well as heartworm, prevention. Ruby is available for permanent foster care if you live within a reasonable distance of our veterinary clinic. If you are hoping for a companion but are on a limited budget and feel you can not afford to take care of a dog, we would love to help you give Ruby a wonderful forever home.

Introducing Big Mac aka Biggie! He is the biggest goofball so far. He was dumped and I think was being used for breeding 😕. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, loves pets, cuddles and to play. Shoes are his favorite chew toy and we’ve started working on potty training but otherwise he’s an easy going guy that just wants love and attention.

I got Cujo in cripple creek co from the humane society in the springs in July of 2025. He's beautiful and almost 8 yrs old given the estimate they gave me at the shelter, considering he was previously a stray. I want a home for him where he’ll be able to get everything he needs not just love, as a lot has happened in the past two months where I’ll admit I simply cannot afford to keep up with his health and regular veterinary needs. I can barely afford to take care of myself. He’s just a ball of fur who craves attention, he’s extremely gentle given his size and not aggressive at all. He gets very excited and can be overbearing but it’s impossible to be upset with him when he smiles at you. I love my sweet boy more than anything but when I’m dealing with the things I have been and I stop caring about myself entirely, I know that I can’t continue to be his father.
