Story
Bruno just turned a year old and still has a lot of energy. He would be ok for older kids but probably not very young kids. He is very lovable and is protective of those he loves. He is also adventurous and likes to go on long walks. Unfortunately, we have a lot of transitions occurring in our family not yielding as much time as we'd like to spend with him. Which is why we've made the tough choice to put him up for adoption. Once he gets used to you, he will love and protect you.

Story
Mace is a little over 1 years old, I adopted him last February but due to some recent changes in life I can not afford to keep him. He is very loving and will take all the attention he can get. He can be a bit stubborn, but nothing too bad. My biggest struggle has been getting him to walk on a leash. If he does not want to do it he will just sit on the ground and force all of his weight down. I would love for him to have another dog to play with and a yard since that is what he is used to. Him going to a loving home though is my biggest concern. He is very easily excited and not aggressive. Does not bark much if at all. If around other dog, he will bark if they bark. He is a chewer so you have to be careful what you leave around him. He loves doing tricks, he understands: sit, lay down, paw, and other paw. All in all he’s super loving and just purely wants everyone’s attention on him.

Story
Lucy may be small, but she’s full of personality! This compact little cannonball loves to snuggle close—and we mean close. If you're looking for a dog who thinks being your shadow isn’t quite close enough, Lucy is your girl. She enjoys lounging most of the day but surprises you with quick bursts of playful energy. She’s crate trained, heartworm negative, and adores kids and cats (though the cats may be a bit confused by her enthusiastic attempts to play). Lucy generally does best with small dogs, but with proper, very slow introductions, she could be a great match with a, laid-back big dog. This would require some patience on your part, she can not be forced into the "fast track" of meeting another dog. That said, Lucy knows who she is: an alpha female through and through. She prefers to be the boss, so she'd thrive in a home with dogs who don’t mind letting her call the shots—or as the only dog.Despite her size, she makes a big impact. She's low to the ground and highly motivated to keep your floors crumb-free. We call that a bonus feature!Lucy is sweet, snuggly, and full of sass. If you're looking for a dog who brings both cuddles and confidence to the table, she might just be your perfect match.

Story
Named after the lovable creature from The Labyrinth, Ludo is just as gentle, kind, and full of love. This sweet boy may be blind due to an old injury, but don’t let that fool you—he doesn’t let it slow him down one bit! Using his incredible nose and sharp hearing, he navigates the world with confidence and curiosity.Ludo is a little over a year old and already a pro at being the perfect companion. He’s potty trained, adores other dogs, enjoys long naps in the car, and is wonderful with kids and anyone willing to give him love. He’s happiest when he’s close to his people, soaking up affection and returning it tenfold. And if he ever needs your attention, he’ll let out his big, adorable "big boy" bark—just to remind you he’s there, ready for snuggles!Ludo is looking for a loving home where he can continue to thrive and be cherished for the amazing dog he is. If you’re ready for a devoted, affectionate, and resilient best friend, Ludo is waiting to meet you!
