My name is Janet Franks. Teddy’s owner was tragically killed when struck by a semi truck as she was trying to get her other dog off the highway. Teddy needs a foster or adopter that can teach him. Unfortunately Tracey, his mom really didn’t know how to train him. He knows only me, as I was Tracey’s best friend and my husband and Tracey. So he has no social skills. He is a sweet boy, very smart and sensitive. My concern is his recent behavior around strangers. He is scared and missing his mom and sister dog. He needs a chance to be an all around good dog. Please, I ask for your help. I have only until the end of January for placement, as her rent expires.

Hello everyone. My name is Jaxon. My birthday is on January 7th. I was rescued as a stray by Animal Control and brought to Second Chance Shelter in Boaz Alabama on January 7, 2021. I have been at the shelter since I was a year old . I want to be the King of the house so I need to be the only dog. I love people and giving them all kinds of lovings. If you are looking for a dog to give unconditional love and attention, I'm the furbaby for you. I know how to sit, on occasion, and I can wait pretty patiently for my food. My friends here at the shelter love to visit me and I trade kisses for treats. I think I am pretty good at giving kisses.

I need to rehome my sweet boy Goose. He and my other male dog do not get along, and it has become too difficult to keep them apart all the time, so I am looking for him a home with no other dogs. He is up to date on all shots, has been neutered, and is house trained. He is 3 years old, loves to play, and cuddling is his favorite. He is the sweetest baby, he just has a dominace issue with my other dog. If you are interested, I will come to you and bring him to meet you. This is Goose. He is about 15 months old. We rescued him and his 3 sisters and found homes for all of them except him, so he ended up becoming part of our family. We have had him for a year, and recently him and my older male dog( he is 4) have started to fight and not get along. He really needs to be the only pet in the house or only be with a female dog( he gets along great with my female dog). He is a very sweet boy. He loves cuddles and belly rubs and being the center of attention. He has never been aggressive towards any people ever, just my male dog. I just want to find him a family who will love him as much as we do.
