I rescued my dog Benson last October. He was just under 1 year old so he is about 2 now. I recently got a new job that is going to have me traveling quite often and as much as it kills me I don’t think I’ll be giving benson the attention he needs. I am looking for someone who is experienced with behavioral dogs. He is the sweetest boy and once he gets to know you he’ll give you all of his love. He was a stray at one point so he still will get skiddish and nervous in some scenarios but for the most part he is so well behaved. He’s very silly and loves to talk… he will let you know what he needs trust me. He requires a lot of attention but it is well worth the time put in he will love you to death.

When we found Dixie she had almost no hair. Her skin was horribly infected and painful. With baths and medications she is now well under control and pretty easy to maintain. She will need continued care to not end up with issues again as there are likely underlying allergies involved. She’s easy to treat and takes her baths well. Dixie is in a foster home with other dogs and cats. She is a great dog!  She gets a little too attached to her person and con sometimes not want to share that person but it is trainable. Buddy 10 yr 70lbs Pit mix Buddy loves cuddles, sprinting after a ball or his frisbee, and naps on the couch. We got him from the Irvine animal shelter when he was 6 months old. Buddy was malnourished and had some patchiness to his coat. We gave him everything a dog could want and he quickly became a healthy and exuberant member of the family. He does absolutely great with adults. We think that due to his malnourishment during his early life he became somewhat protective of his food. He was our second dog and was an incredible companion to Autumn as she was getting older - we feel Buddy helped keep her youthful. Buddy loves to jog and I had him tow me while I rode a skateboard but he also likes long walks as well. He doesn’t do well around dogs and children. Sweet 3 year old, 46 lb, Pitbull Nala was adopted from the Orange County shelter 6 weeks ago. Nala is truly a special pup. She is loving, a cuddle bug, a great listener and fast learner. There is nowhere she would rather be than cuddled up next to you, giving kisses. Unfortunately, Nala's adopter, who loves her very much, has discovered that her small home is not the best environment for Nala. Nala needs a home where she has more room to run around to meet her energy needs, as well as someone better equipped and with more experience to help Nala work through her leash reactivity. Nala has had some private training. She is super smart and eager to learn. She knows basic obedience and is potty and crate trained. Nala would do best in a home as the only dog, with adults, with a big yard. She is reactive on the leash but has started to make improvements.
