Story
Bailey is a loyal, loving, cuddly girl. She is 9 years old and is still ready for an adventure at any moment. She is happy to do anything that you are doing. She tires out a lot faster than she used to though! She loves all humans and cats but she does not get along with other dog. This is one of the reasons I need to rehome her. One, we are moving to Florida and two, I can’t trust her to not be aggressive towards my other dog. This has become a real problem since I had my daughter because I can’t risk having my daughter around a potentially aggressive situation. Because of this, I don’t get to spend enough time with her now. She needs one on one time without my other dog around and that is difficult with my busy schedule. She deserves all the love and attention she can get. She is so sweet and smart! And I honestly miss spending all my time with her.

Story
Patches is an outgoing and energetic pup that loves to play chase, believes she's bigger than she is, and doesn't believe that personal space is real. Patches is good with other dogs and kids, and is working on her house and kennel training. Always down for cuddles from kids and adults, this happy girl would make a wonderful addition to an active home that can provide her with daily exercise and endless snuggles. Patches is a 6-month-old mixed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. This dog is good with other dogs and children. She is working on kennel training, housebreaking, and house etiquette. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Friends, say hello to Turkey. To get straight to the point - he isn't getting much adoption attention because he's a pit bull. Adopters don't gravitate towards the bully breeds like they do poodles and labs. And while he might not be hypoallergenic or a state swim champion, he's a complete delight, and a foster home favourite. Turkey is happy, outgoing, and social. He loves to run and play. He loves food. He loves cuddling and doesn't care if he's too big for your lap. He loves to romp about, toss his toys in the air, and sneak your shoes off to his bed. (He won't chew on them, he's simply a sneakerhead that appreciates good footwear.) Turkey lives harmoniously in foster care with multiple dogs - of varying ages and sizes. He takes cues well, snuggles with the senior chihuahuas and wrestles with the juvenile shepherd mix. Turkey's one knock is he gets excitable when seeing other dogs on leash. Between Pterodactyl screeches and pulling on his leash, he can be a bit much to the untrained eye. Fortunately, with the incredible help of our trainer, his foster home has made remarkable progress and his dog-sighting leash skills are turning a corner. (Our trainer has also extended her help with any leashed dog introductions for adoption meet-and-greets.) Turkey is kennel trained, potty trained, and an excellent playmate for other bouncy dogs. While we don't know how he is with cats, and we don't think he would eat one, we can't imagine there's a cat out there that will appreciate his hijinks. Turkey is polite in his foster home, makes a perfect co-pilot for car rides, and even waits his turn for snacks until his name is called. If you're looking for a loyal sidekick, weighted blanket, and never ending tail wag, head to our website (www.bounceanimalrescue.org) to fill out an adoption application. Turkey is a 9-month-old mixed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, 4DX tested, and neutered. This dog is also tested with other dogs, kennel trained, and housebroken. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home. Are you tired of coming home to an empty couch? Look no further, because Stella is here to fill that spot with love, warmth, and plenty of cuddles. As the ultimate 45 lb. couch potato, Stella's favorite pastime is lounging on the couch, right by your side, ready to binge-watch your favorite shows together. Despite her rough past, Stella is a shining example of resilience and love. She spent most of her 8 years in a kennel, raising puppies, but you wouldn't guess it from her cheerful demeanor. She's a friendly girl who adores everyone she meets, including kids. Stella's hobbies include short play sessions with her favorite dog toys, indulging in belly rubs, and enjoying the company of the other dogs in her foster home. She brings just the right amount of sassiness to keep things interesting, but her heart is as big as her love for couch cuddles. While she's still perfecting her potty-training skills, Stella is a pro at sleeping through the night in her kennel. With her low-energy and loving nature, she's the ideal companion for cozy nights and lazy Sundays. If you're ready to add some warmth and companionship to your life, apply to meet Stella. She's waiting to steal your heart, one couch snuggle at a time!
